I don't mind waiting, but when they start working on cars that came in after I did, I get a bit annoyed. Offering me a free beverage is nice, and all but getting my oil change done in a timely matter is better. I was coming here with all 3 of my cars but won't be in the future.
i am someone who literally hates getting their oil changed because stresses me out !! the service at this place is incredible, all of the employees are so so nice, and the service overall was great. you get to stay in your car, they offer you a beverage, and walk you through the process while they change your oil. i will 100% come here again ! i truly appreciated the service here !!

I love this place. They are so efficient. They put on a good show of team work!!! My truck has 180000 miles and oil stop has been servicing it since 2009. I've had the truck since 2004 when I bought brand new and it still runs like a champ. It's pulls 9000 pounds like nothing. I attribute all the services I've done here to good maintenance the keeps my truck on the road.
To say it's convenient would be a huge understatement. Staff is beyond friendly and non pushy. I would def recommend to anybody that likes prompt, professional and polite service.
Traveling thru Eureka to SoCal and my change oil warning came on. I had an oil change only a 1000mi ago. Elias checked the oil level and it was clean and topped off. He had me pull around and Jesus got in my car and reset the fault. No charge! Great customer service even though we were passing through. The place was super clean and they have 3 lanes to move vehicles along. Give these guys a try.

This place is Great! From the moment you pull in, they are courtesy, professional, and friendly. They offer a complementary beverage while you wait. The atmosphere is light, and even in 100+ degrees, everyone is working with a smile on their faces. They are informative but not pushy with the up sales. Received an oil and transmission change in about an hour, and at half the price of other places. WOW!
I was promptly greeted with an estimated wait time and offer of a beverage. We discussed prices and picked the best suited service for me. During the entire visit I was informed of all activity and respectfully approached about any beneficial services or recommendations. My coupon was used with an additional coupon for my air filters.
