My mother used to be a mechanic and you just know good service that's honest and work done with integrity. I'm sure it helps that I know about cars too, but none the less. These people are great. Always come here to get mine and my partners card taken car of.
I've been coming to Oil Stop for over a decade and have always had excellent service. Perhaps this was an off day? Don't get me wrong, it wasn't terrible. The employees just seemed very low energy and distracted. I arrived at 8:15 and they directed me pull into Bay 1 behind the car being serviced. This should be quick, I thought. WRONG! I didn't leave until 9:30. I was asked if I wanted something to drink and I requested a bottle of water that never arrived. I pulled up to the drive thru station with my High Pro Master Cargo Van that barely fit. Technician Davey offer me a free water or beverage which was cool. Sat in the vehicle while they service the van..Jaime Kept me informed through the whole process. Show me a few things that need attention in near future and gave me the prices.. no pressure just recommendation's added a few things and top of most of my fluids under the hood..Great service will be back again and bringing the other cars here too..The shop is clean and they ... read more
I have to echo the first review. I too wanted a good car wash, also thinking about monthly signup. Many spots missed and the rear almost missed completely. I went through again a couple of hours later, explaining my problem and it seemed to be better. After seeing the manager's comment that they were adjusting the wash for better outcome, I thought I would give it one more try this evening. As you might imagine, each machine has multiple adjustments possible, which makes the job of fine-tuning a number of machines to work in consort with each other complex and tedious. I felt compelled to write a review during my service today 4/20/22. While I'm in my car waiting I have the window down and can't help to be moved by the positive culture they have here. The workers are polite and friendly with each-other. It makes me smile how they take care of one another, I can also hear the way the head person interacts with their employees and it's uplifting. Excellent service. Phenomenal staff in a time when customer service seems to be declining elsewhere. Everything's done in front of you. I've found my new oil change place!!
Just paid for " the works" and though the outside looks great they did a poor job on the inside. Won't be returning for this service again.

there prices has gone up since last year. staff was very friendly and was offered a drink while i was waiting in the car for my oil change . tried to get me with a lot of extra but didn't go for it . was in and out in maybe 45 minutes .
Cassius, Ana and crew were fast , informative and very professional in my oil change service today. I dont think Ive ever experienced service like this . Not even from a dealership.. Im actually very impressed. I will be back. So will my wife and kids cars
