First try and this is quick/professional oil change service. Will go back since my used to shop closed.
The best customer service I've ever received. These guys were so helpful and didn't pressure me into getting anything extra. Will be coming back!
Took my car to get it washed as I do every weekend and thought I would try this location. They may be "taking precautions" however, they are passing the charge onto their customers. I was told there would be an extra $10 sanitation charge added to the pice of the car wash for their safety. It's times like these when you find out who really appreciates their customers and those who price gouge and take advantage of the situation. Way to go guys!

I feel like I just walked into a dream. I never knew auto repair experiences could be like this. I was greeted with a smile by 2 wonderful men; Julian and David. They were so kind and happy to help me. They accepted my coupon, no questions asked. It is because of workers like David and Julian that I will be sure to spread the word and come back in the future. Kindness and good customer service makes all the difference in the world. Thank you so much for all that you do.
Love the drive through option. Very quick, efficient, professional workers. Lots of "up-sale" options but it's based on your manufacturer suggestions, they're not pushy about it- more informative of all options. Really wish there were more of these around.
It's convenient, you dont have to leave your car and wait in some lobby, because everything is done while your in your car. My tip for anyone who uses them is to get a piece of cardboard and put it under your engine of your car when you get home, because what's inconvenient, is they don't clean up the oil mess they make before you drive off and the excess oil they leave drips on your driveway or garage floor for a few days. I have had this happen here multiple times now. So frustrating.

Great service. Super easy, just drove up, stayed in the car and they take care of everything. Very professional and courteous and the place is spotless. Definitely my only choice for an oil change in the South Bay.
I arrived 20 minutes before they opened so I wouldn't get to work too late. I'm waved into the bay and tell the guy I just want an oil change and politely decline the recommended extras. AFTER they drain the oil the guy tells me they don't have my F250 diesel's filter in stock and it would take about a week for them to get one. So I suggest they put the old oil back in and I call Napa auto parts down the road and they have the filter. I tell the guy I'll get the filter and come right back.
