I will not be back to any oil stop again. They have lost some of their best customer service aspects after this corona virus outbreak. They do not offer sealed beverages anymore. They no longer have public bathrooms. Also no more car wash or self vacuuming. They also allow customers to vape in their car. Those vapors can carry and transmits covid-19. In these uncertain times we find ourselves ever more cautious of our actions and decisions. Oil stop has been my go-to over the years and I continue to go back due to the high level of customer service I receive. I called ahead to see what kind of social guidelines they had implemented. Ben, the Manager assured and informed me of the measures in place. Above and beyond once again. Thank you and your amazing staff for not only taking care of my ride, but making sure you took care of me and my genuine concerns as well!
I have been here before and it has greatly changed in the service model and honesty towards customers. Here is a list of over charges that I found out later and repeated miscommunications that are pretty slick in the con job. Drove up to this drive thru oil change for the first time .i didn't know what to expect. I was parked in the designated spot just outside the drive thru. The two young men just looked on . I'm not sure if they were busy since they just glanced at me then looked away and proceeded to talk . I sat there for a few minutes then I asked do I drive in ? I'd like an oil change how does this work . These two were not the friendliest . I'm not sure if I'd come back but the good thing about it was it was super convenient.
Very very disappointed.. they are promoting oil changes at discounts for hospital workers and grocery store workers. I work in a restaurant and I am considered essential. When I called them, they said I did not qualify for the discount.. Shane on them for not including the people risking themselves in the restaurant field
Stopped here today on my way to Oakland. Told them my oil light had come on and I didn't have time for an oil change. They were great. They checked out all fluids in my car topped off my oil. They were practicing self distancing and also wearing N95 masks. I will definitely be bringing back my car here I didn't get my guys name unfortunately, but he was great. Thanks for being so kind in this time.

My normal oil change place was closed due to everything going on and I wish I had waited until it reopened after coming here. I will never be back because a simple oil change turned into an anxiety ridden experience. All of the upselling and making it seem like my car was about to fall apart if i didn't do it was terrible. Like don't tell me there's a leak but we can easily fix it if you pay $25 bucks for this special product. Had I said yes to everything you would easily be out of $400 dollars.
