Ok, lost lost two stars... Why? The relentless up-selling for needless services is starting to grind my gears. They recommended my coolant be changed (flush & fill) when I only drive 3,500 miles/year and it was replaced 18 months previous. Plus it tested perfect at 50/50. The very MOST coolant should be changed is every 30,000 miles (average is 60K -90K miles.) They recommend a Flush and Fill once per year... What!!! Great service...I mean GREAT! It was my first time coming here but not my last. Checked everything, topped off my fluids and a free beverage to boot.
Complimentary beverages. Awesome customer service. Highly impressed with the ease of the process. You remain in your vehicle from beginning to end. No long wait in a filthy waiting room filled with over priced snack machines. No back and forth phone calls discussing additional services. No standing around. Im happy to say that my faith has been restored. I was promptly contacted by the managment staff and they were quick to apologize and issue me a check for the expenses the last visit had created.

I don't use them as a oil change stop but I do use them as the place I get my car washed. I purchased my 2015 Toyota Corolla almost 4 years ago new and I faithfully get my car washed every week. Twice a year I do the total detail inside and outside. For the last 3 times they have done a bad job on the windows I have to go back because it's so bad you literally can't see. Quick and easy oil change/tire rotation. They're always nice and helpful. I like that they track my cars maintenance in their system.
Very professional crew who makes your day a pleasant one. Everyone is quick and efficient with their job. Prices are decent, but just stick to the main services, as an air filter for $30 is a tad high, but I guess that includes labor.
Ok there is a Big difference in a platinum service and Deep clean service. Platinum is mainly just a really good wash, vacuum and whip down on the inside. 32.99 if you want to get a really good service I'd go for more of a deep clean around $80. It would be helpful if they show this service difference from the platinum on the menu maybe they did but I didnt see it.
