This is my place to go to get an oil change. The guys are friendly. Although I moved to Fresno I still drive to this location in madera because I feel safer here! The guys even offer a beverage while you wait. This will always be my place to get a quick oil change for my car. I had one problem though when I first took my car. Once I got home after the oil change my dad noticed there was oil spilling from my car in the driveway. The service was fast. I like the concept of staying in your vehicle. They offer refreshments as well which is nice and their customer service was good. The only thing is I wish they didn't try to sell me on all these cleaners and services my vehicle did not need. I just wanted a simple oil change and I had to tell them all I want is an oil change and then they stopped.
Currently getting my first and last oil change here. The initial employee that we saw was trying to rush us through and didn't let us ask questions. He did let us know that our car would take extra oil up front. We waited about 18 minutes in our car before the oil change was started. The whole time we were hearing the employee yelling back and forth to communicate. I'm sure that's what they do normally but it was really annoying to sit and listen to the whole time we were there. This place is a true gem! All my auto needs are taken care of and explained in detail. Definitely the place to get your oil change. Great service. It was a pleasure to get my Honda serviced by Josselyn and Damian. We will be coming back again and again!
Honestly, this place was way nicer than I had imagined. Very friendly staff. Prices were good for the oil change (they offer you some "up-sale" items like slightly higher priced air filters, etc. but that's expected). Find a coupon online or in the mail and bring it in for better deal. Overall, you get what they offer, quick, drive thru, oil change.
This place as amazing customer service. They show you everything they do. It's like the chick-Fil-a for cars! They offer beverages as well and I spent like 20 minutes there.
Horrible service, took the car there for an oil change and was in a line with two cars in front of me, the service guy asked me to move over and I ended up with 4 cars in front of me and then someone pulled into my old spot. The person who arrived after me was in and out well before me. I was there almost 2 hours and they had been there for about 40 minutes! WILL NOT BE BACK EVER!!!!
The oil change is not open on Sunday's. Same with the one off Steele lane. They do not have accurate information when looking them up online. The guy was also super rude when asking him when it will open. He says it's been like this for a year. Which is not true.
Came by on my lunch break for a quick oil change. The two gentlemen who helped were great. Very professional, nice and helpful. Right away welcoming smiles, asked if they could get me a beverage while they worked. They showed me everything they were changing and putting into my car before they did it. They were great about showing me product & getting permission.
