This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. I paid for the Platinum Package and received the worst quality ever. The Manager Isabel was terrible when it comes to customer service. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemies. I can get better results and service quality from a drive through car wash. Terrible service from management and the worst quality ever. Stay Away from this business!!!

Went in for my first oil change with Oilstop and while I haven't had a chance to test the product yet, I can honestly say that this was my one of best oil change experience to date (comparable to Clean Planet in Ventura, which has been my favorite thus far)! The staff is polite and seemingly knowledgeable and they are very forthright with their intention to upgrade your fluids yet understanding when you decline the additional charge. This place always does a good job. Fast (if no line) service and friendly staff. We love the convenience of the drive thru service. The staff seem knowledgeable about everything. They offer you a free drink when you pull up (water, coffee and a selection of sodas) and also give a loyalty stamp card, buy 5 oil changes get the 6th free! (Just pay taxes) Just got our free one :)
Great experience. The only negative was the price of the cabin filter. They wanted $40! Walmart has it for $6.50. I suggest to do a quick check on the web for going prices and make your decision on maintenance parts they suggest.

In and out in about 30min!! Quick and excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. Free beverage while you wait and everything is done with you still in your car. I love how they give you the options as they go but don't try and pressure the up sale! Highly recommended to all!!
Friendly, fast, professional service. Couldn't ask for much more. The guys had me pull up to the front and leave my keys in the car, ask which service I wanted and got straight to work. Couldn't ask for much more.
Seriously the best oil change customer service in my life an I am 68 yrs old. Fun, friendly, happy and joyous group of gentlemen. We are from out of town. I wish these guys were in Louisville, KY. You will not be disappointed.
