I have been going to Chevron oil stop for many many years and they are top-quality for both of my cars Brandon and his team are great guys they check everything they tell me things they work very fast and I had a Honda van that had over 100,000 miles on it and I attribute that great performance because of the Chevron oil stop you will not be disappointed and the prices are fair and I really enjoy getting my all changed more so than ever before

Don't appreciate bad service then being lied to. Had them change my oil today and when i got home i looked underneath and saw it was leaking. Took it to the oil stop in Rohnert Park to have them check it out and the gentleman told me the oil filter was loose. He asked me if id like him to tighten it up and of course i said that would be awesome. Five minutes later he came back and asked if i was just at their other shop getting my oil changed and i told him i was just there half an hour prior. Comes back a few minutes later ... read more
I never thought I would enjoy and oil change, but this place made my day. While I waited in my car, they served me hot coco (you can choose any other drink)! They have an AC tube that you can stick in your window to keep you cool when your engine is off. They provide good information about maintenance, but do not push sales. To top it all off, they give a free voucher for a great car wash spot across the street. I used to live around the corner from this place. Now I'm in Alhambra, but I would still go back.
Great customer service here everyone was so welcoming and helpful (specifically a young man named Brian). Great services here, the car wash and vacuum center have quality equipment. I got my oil changed and a complimentary car wash.
I went in for a badly needed oil change. There was only 1 car ahead of me and it only took about 15-20 minutes to get in and out. Their service was kind and informative. They made their recommendations and clearly stated what the costs would be. I didn't feel under any pressure to get any particular service. I also got a car wash out of it for no extra charge. I'd highly recommend this place
AJ, Jason & Jerry were awesome. Great service! Love their enthusiasm, their professionalism, their attention to details as well as showing me the things they were changing or suggested to change. Although I couldn't change what they suggested, they did give me informational cards to remind me what is best for my car. To think I wanted to go to Walmart since that's where I've always gone. So glad I couldn't. I will certainly be coming back.

I have been getting my car's oil changed at Oilstop for years. I like the fact they show you what your manufacturer recommends (type of oil, time between oil changes, etc.), and it's up to me to say "yes" or "no" to that recommendation. While they may be a bit more pricey than others, at least you know you're getting a professional job done by people who are trained to advise you what should be done, not try and give you a hard sell on what they "think" should be done.
These guys were F-A-S-T! If you've ever been to the Seattle Fish Market with the fish guys having a great time while working and just having jovial interactions with one another, strangely, you'll feel that way here. They have an incredible team who are constantly communicating with you and the people working on your car. You also get a complimentary beverage! They do offer you extras (i.e. air cabin filter change, windshield wiper blade change) if you want it, but I didn't see one look-of-disappointment when I kindly said '... read more

Rushed to this car wash trying to get in before they closed. I had wanted a basic car wash and inside shampoo. I was turned away, and told they usually stop shampoo service at 4, HOURS BEFORE they close! Lame! This place is VERY disappointing and don't seem to care about customer service. I'll be looking elsewhere for my Carwash needs now.
