Oilstop found that the oil pan gasket was leaking AND YET WENT AHEAD AND DID THE OIL CHANGE to the tune of $115. When I found in their write up that the oil pan was leaking, I went to a mechanic, who said he would have to drain the oil from the engine in order to fix the gasket. He then would have to put new oil in the car.
Love coming here to get my car's oil change. When it's not busy you can be on your way fairly quickly but if it's busy be prepared to wait. They offer complementary drinks and WiFi, which is great if I have something important to work on while they are working on the car. I don't like that they always try to sell you extras but I just politely decline. Before coming, I always check their website for coupons! Overall, a great place and the guys are always super nice!
I got my oil changed here two weeks ago. They told me that my tires were overinflated and that they would correct it for me. I didn't even think about it. I've been driving around for two weeks wondering why my car hasn't been handling very well. My fault for relying on them, but they didn't check my actual tires they just went off of what the inside of the door panels say. I called to ask how much it would cost to do an oil, lube and filter on my 2012 Toyota Corolla. The guy told me it would be $100. I told him he was crazy and hung up. The shop I usually go to that also is on college avenue usually does the oil change on my car and with a coupon I get online it costs me around $50. I'm not crazy...even the Toyota dealership doesn't charge $100 for an oil, lube, and filter on my car. What a rip off!
Service was wonderful. They try to up sell you extra services but not too hard. Everyone was friendly, they offer you a cold drink. I was very happy until it came time to pay. They charged me 5.00 because my RAM van uses a "special" oil filter. Have never had another oil change place charge me extra for an oil filter. I checked at Amazon and OReily. Im serious when I say this. I experienced the BEST customer service of my life. Maybe the best customer experience ever experienced by anyone ever. I personally want to thank Ben, who went above and beyond. My friend and I were awed by his awesome display of service. I won't go into details on this. However I've given the details to many friends and family and will continue to do so. I will never go anyone else for my oil changes....... 5* service........

Absolutely fantastic service. I couldn't recommend more highly if I tried. Ben and Bill were the mechanics who serviced my car and was not only courteous and friendly, he was also able to explain the particular needs of my vehicle, and upon the 33 point inspection, they are able to let you know what will be upcoming soon as well. With complimentary beverage service and included car wash this is unbeatable.
The guys were amazing I came in on a trip from out of town they took care of servicing my transmission and checked any other fluids I needed
If there were a zero (0) star, that is what this business would get. I have been a client of Wash 2 Go for three years; at one point I had four car memberships, for my family cars. As of Saturday, June 16, 2018, I cancelled my remaining two memberships because after I washed my and dried my car, I went to exchange my dirty towels for clean ones to have the next time I came.
