Well trained and professional. Cold drink while waiting in car. They do upsell, but at low pressure, and besides their product is good anyway. Highly recommend. This is where I go from now on.
The mechanic was great and not pushy at all. He explained everything simply and didn't pressure me to buy extra things. Their prices are reasonable and my oil change was quick!

From the moment you drive up all the employees are very professional - very knowledgeable about cars which makes you feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. They were very thorough with each step in letting you know what your car needed. Very happy with this place i will definitely be coming back and bringing my other car.

I never review ANYTHING and never thought my first review would be on an oil change, but WOW. This is not your Jiffylube but rather a place where they teach you about the things happening under your hood. The customer service is above and beyond and nice to know. They show you all of the different fluids running through your car and clean your windows. It was a 20 min stop on my way back to California. Now if only some of the restaurants in Ashland took a lesson from the customer service here...
Beware of the Oil Stop 3,000 mile con game! Although the service is a bit expensive it is good along with the products. The problem is they will advise you to return at 3,000 mile intervals for oil changes when in fact all or almost all modern auto manufacturers recommend it at 5,000 to 7,000 miles. Not only are they being dishonest with their customers they seem to have no moral responsibility toward misuse of our resources and creating waste. Good, fast, polite service. $42 out the door for a standard oil change and no pushy upselling.
