This was my first time here based on recommendations from friends and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. You typically go and spend hours waiting even if you have an appointment- not here. They are super fast! But more importantly than the speed it was the workers that made this experience the best. I have been taking my car to this oil stop for 6 years, I love this place. The customer service is consistently excellent, the crew that works here is fast, friendly, and informative. They are honest about their recommendations and are easy to talk to.
I live locally and support local businesses, but none are open on the hours I can reach them this week, so I decided to try oil stop. Oil stop did great work, excellent service, they did well to explain things, then took everyone of my no answers gracefully, no pressure. As a woman, this is remarkable. I have changed my oil for years and know that I am paying more for someone to do it, price comparable. I use synthetic oils only and price was just above what I pay locally.

I can't recall when I was ever treated so nice at any oil change station. No hard sell, no wasting of my time. Straight forward professional work. Great attitude to keep the customers coming back.
I'll have to agree with some of the other reviews, I've been taking my cars her for several years, recently I've noticed a decline in attention to detail. My last two times I was very displeased with the level of service, my truck was dirty in some places where they didn't dry or clean it off, bugs were left on the grill, vacuum was half done, streaks from the tire dressing were all over the tires, I'd never had this problem before, they always made sure my truck was complete, when I brought this to the attention of the work... read more

Went to have oil changed on a 2015 corolla. Brandon was a huge help in explaining everything to me. Super friendly, whole process took about 10 minutes and even got a soda while I waited. Will definitely be back!
