Corrected review I was contacted by the manager and he was able to arrange a shop in Rohnert Park to fix my mirror it took two weeks to get fix because they had to order the mirror. Go to Jiffy Lube. They do the exact same thing for the exact same price, in a third of the time. The car wash, on the other hand, does a pretty good job.
Definitely drove away from this location not pleased with the service I received. The manager worked on my car, so I figured everything would have been done correctly. I will be sending my car in to be serviced, as I told Marcos, the manager on duty, to check that everything under my car was done correctly, as just checking myself, all my caps (wiper fluid, oil, coolant, etc) were incredibly loose or even just resting on the base! Very polite and professional staff. This is an oil change experience like no other. I feel I was treated like a king. Customer service is top notch. That said, it is pretty expensive. I had a coupon and I took advantage of the free car wash. With those two factors the price was not that bad. Plus, all the oil change places in Santa Fe were pretty expensive too. This place earns their money with their customer service.
This place is really fast and easy. The guys are always really professional and polite. They do a lot of stuff in addition to the oil change so it's a good place to come if your tire light is on too. They offer free beverages while you wait. It's a lot nicer to hang out in your car instead of an awkward waiting room.
Super good customer service, very informative and helpful, I came in for the 31 point oil changed and was very impressed with how fast it was and that I got a drink while I waited in the car. They also have a discount for SSU students which brought it from 50 to like 35$ which is super cool when you gotta save money any way you can! Will definitely be returning here for all my future oil changes!
We moved to Ashland a month ago and Oilstop continued our amazement at the friendliness and quality of service provided by businesses here. Absolutely the best oil change experience I've had. They went above and beyond and even replaced a second air filter I didn't even know my car had behind the glove box! I will definitely be bringing our cars here going forward.
