Unprecedented customer service for an oil change. Some similar establishments seem to try and sell extra products to you with apparent motivations of increasing profits. These guys simply share objective opinions and share visual samples of oil levels, color, etc. I bring both my cars here regularly. We're from the Bay Area, and needed an oil change that couldn't wait. Stopped here and was really impressed. Kevin and his team went through everything with a fine tooth comb. Didn't try to sell us more than we came for, but did recommend stuff (with no pressure to buy). They even will bring complementary drink to your car. Definitely will be back!!!
Honestly one of the best experiences I've had getting my oil changed. From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly and inviting. I didn't even have to wait they took me in right away. They even offered beverages (coke, water, coffee, tea, etc.) while you wait. Before I could even finish my coke my car was ready and they sent me on my way. Definitely coming back here again!
This place is complete BS! From lying on my odometer read, when i declined to give him the reading because they sell that information to your auto insurer. To the guy at the car wash telling me i can't change my screaming infants diaper until my car goes into the wash. buddy! Baby comes first! Always!
Very courteous staff. Price reasonable. Mentioned different services my vehicle could use, but didn't hassle me when I said no. I'll take my car back for those other services soon.
Will never come back!! All they do is up sell for stuff you don't need. Every time I turned around they tried their sell me something new. Then I ask them to replace the cabin air filter thing max $20. No biggie. Nope they charged $50 for the replacement. Then tried to up sell me on oil saying that's all they carry. That isn't true because once I questioned it all of a sudden they had the cheaper (correct oil). Grand total was $109. Will not be back. Stay away!

On Saturday I got a oil change and was greeted right away with a smile, I believe his name was Alejandro he was very helpful and polite , great customer service and great experience, I will definitely come back.
Great experience. The guys were a bit cheesy and it costed $10 more than any other place but I felt they were trustworthy and we're definitely efficient and friendly. Would go back.
I'm here right now and honestly, I love he service. I've serviced 3 vehicles over the past five years here and the friendly atmosphere, no nonsense service is incredible. I definitely recommend Oil Stop for basic service for any auto. A great place with a fantastic desire to simply serve. Fantastic!
