This place is the best. They are fast, friendly and I never feel like they are trying to push me to buy any service or product. Being able to stay in the car is super convenient too!
Amazingly friendly and professional staff. If you need service on your car this is the place to bring it. You sit in your car while they do all the service. No "up selling" or useless suggestions. These guys are great. Once you try it you'll never use another chain store again.
Beware! I am long time customer. The exterior wash and interior services are expensive but good. Took my older collector car in for a wash. One of crew complemented me on the car as I retrieved it. Right after leaving I went to get gas and noticed that the liners for the coin and storage area were gone. I immediately went back, they could not find them and the acting manager told me they were likely vacuumed up by mistake and he would retrieve them first thing in the morning. Stopped in the other day because I was in a rush and these guys got me in and out quickly. You get to hang out in your car and they will offer you bottled water, soda or coffee while you wait. Their communication is great and I notice they double check things to make sure everything is tighty and good to go. Would recommend to friends and family !
I came here to get my new car washed yesterday because I wanted to see if it was worth it and I really didn't want to go buy all of the supplies to wash my car myself like I usually do. When I got here it was not at all busy and I was out of there in like 10 minutes. They did not clean my car that well and scratched my new car as well. A reminder of why I should continue to do things myself. I paid for the gold car wash btw. Still no reason to not be careful and scratch my car.
I love coming here for all of my car needs! Service here is prompt and worth the value. You are offered complimentary beverages and given suggestions for services that will extend the life of your car. You are offered a car wash and a vacuum to clean the interior of your car as well! I am definitely coming here again.
I will never to to this oil stop drive thru oil change ever again. The service I received from the manager was a complete lie. I told him I was paying with a Groupon from the start and he continued to say that I never said that. ( which is a complete lie) he than stated I would pay with cash (which is also not true because i didn't even have cash on me.) thank you for ripping me off.

Loved staying in car everyone nice but when my invoice came that was for the 74.99 oil change it was almost $200 with nothing added they suggested! When I spoke to manager he stated it covered only 5 quarts of oil and my vehicle required more. My bad for not knowing this but they should have said something. Will NOT be returning.

Your Ford F-250 Super Duty truck takes 10 quarts of 5W-40 oil or twice the amount of oil that is regularly included with our packaged services. Your final invoice was actually $171.13, which included our Synthetic oil package service ($74.99, includes up to 5 qts of oil), the extra oil ($75), a special oil filter ($5), 4-wheel drive upcharge ($3), Waste Disposal Fee ($3) and tax.
Professional, timely, explanatory, streamlined. Tires, door hinge lube part of oil change. Windshields washed. Crew is all business and you are right there to see it (you stay in your car). Coddingtown location. Yes they offer beverages. They do try to sell you things but you can say yes/no and no hard sell. Super polite. Good value here.
