Fast and friendly service. They do try to up sale you with extra services, but they have never been pushy. I've been here multiple times with multiple cars and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended!
After a stressful night and morning dealing with a possible leaking radiator, I went into Oilstop Drive Thru to get a very belated oil change, and to maybe get confirmation whether or not I needed to take my car into an auto repair shop. The employee greeting me, Jonathan, was very polite and professional, who could tell right away that I was having a coolant leak. Great place to go to get your auto serviced, clean, professional, not a lot of upselling. Free beverages while you wait, 30 day top off of fluids if needed. Thumbs Up!
It's such a pleasure doing business here. So courteous and accommodating. I totally trust these guys to do an excellent fast job every time.
First, I think they do have great customer service. They are also convincing enough to up-sell you extra services. You really have to be firm. But yes they are good people- However, my daughter had her oil changed and then had the transmission flushed the same day(supposedly) at a total of over 268 dollars. Very nice & polite employees. They took the time to explain & show me everything they were doing. Very quick service. I also recieved a free car wash & free use of the vacuums. They even offer complimentary beverages & free Wi-Fi. I will definitely go back for my next service.
The oil stop greeter I had today 7/26/17 was the worst. I go here all the time. I pulled up behind a motorhome it was a really long line because the motorhome was so long not because there's was more cars or anything. I was kind of hanging out in the middle of the road so I asked him if he wanted me to pull up in the other line that was the same amount of cars but would keep me out of the road.
