I'm sure they do an adequate job changing my oil. And it's not the fault of the employees who I'm sure are just doing what they're told to do from the big bosses. But getting my oil changed here is the worst! Every 30 seconds they interrupt you to try to upsell you on something, and then force a pamphlet on you about the upsell item you just rejected. No matter how many times I tell them I only want my oil changed, nothing else, they try to force products on me. And the poor guys have to yell things to each other in some wei... read more

Recently went here for service, and I am happy to say that"service" is still alive and well here!! Explained everything, recommended but didn't try to push anything and rechecked some stuff when I went back a week later to top off fluids and check air in my tires. Super friendly and helpful. I actually live in San Jose but I come to Peteluma often, and sometimes I'm at the point where I need to get an oil change. If its your first time here, you might get a little overwhelmed by all the pamphlets and constant up selling of products and services. My first time here, was a really long experience because I was not expecting to sit in my car for over an hour for an oil change. We were returning home to California from our holiday vacation and stopped for an oil service. Excellent friendly helpful non-pushy service.
These guys try to do a good job but their system doesn't allow for them to don't nag anything less than automated. I wanted my air pressure in tires checked and they could only inflate or deflate to a specified pressure, couldn't give me any indication of what the tire pressure was to start with. Then they were trying to check fluid levels in my rear differential and transmission, in my vehicle those are sealed from the factory and do not need to be checked. Excellent service, 100% recommend. not from the area and had an emergency oil change, workers showed they actually cared about their customers more than anything, Great jobs guys!
