All the Guys are awesome, friendly, professional. I trust them very much. The pruce is right, fast convient.
The car wash is in my opinion the best around because it is fairly priced for what you get. They are also fast at getting you in and out with a comfortable waiting inside and outside area. There are bathrooms and a little shop. Free coffee too.
She Was Overdue For Oil Change, Trip Planned This Weekend So Took It To Chevron Oil Stop In Santa Rosa. (Which She Found Had Good Reviews). They Told Her The Drain Plug Was Very Hard To Get Out. And Also That It Won't Tighten Down. It Just Spins. That just makes NO sense. I Asked Her To let me look at it. I CHECKED The Oil And It Had Not Been Drained. Still Very Dirty. I Raised The Car And Checked The Drain Plug. It Is Not Leaking. I Checked The Torque And Got It To 15 FtLb a bit more and just starting to Turn. So, If The Dr... read more
Oh my gosh! These guys are amazing! I really love the shout outs and overall atmosphere of this place. Good leadership skills and teaching atmosphere here. (Can you tell I'm a teacher?) Oh yes! Quality service as well! I only wish this company had a location near my home on California.
Great experience! Fantastic customer service, every employee I spoke with was kind and had a smile on their face. I was in and out in 30 minutes never had to get out of the car (and that's huge because I had to bring my three-year-old with me). No pressure to upgrade anything or add service. They presented me with a couple of options for next time. Super painless...can't wait for my next oil change! Oh and I get a free car wash!!!
Yesterday I went in to have my car serviced as it was time to do so. I have been a loyal customer.....well that is over!! This morning I missed an extremely important appointment because my tire was flat!!!!! The technician that checked my tires let too much air out.. He asked me three times if I was ok with the tire pressure and I said yes. Meaning that they were all at the appropriate pressure... Obviously not!!! You just lost a loyal customer!!!!!!! I will forever NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Good Mechanics With Pride! I've been bringing my vehicles to this team of oil technicians since 1998 & some of these guys have been working their craft for 10+ years. They are a competent group with good management. So I stopped at discount oil change 1, and the wait was 50 min. Went down the road to discount oil change 2, and the wait was 30 min. Went down a bit further to THIS PLACE and it was just awesome, friendly people, took us right in, changed the oil, got us on our way to grandma's 90th birthday party..... They did not try to up-sell us on anything, the way they do at the other places.
