Service was great. Very Busy, probably best to go earlier in the day. I went Mid- afternoon and wait was about 1/2 hour. Thorough inspection, step by step service explanation.
Sadly this place is going down hill. If you want a basic wash and vacuum, this place will work. No matter what price point you pick you'll get the same service on your car.
Excellent customer service. Above and beyond expectations. They gave my kids organic juice drinks and popcorn and offered me something to drink, as well. Even got an A/C hose in the car (while they were servicing it) while my car was turned off. Roughly 45 min. from the time I pulled up, until oil change was complete. Kids were comfortable and happy and I got my oil changed with happy, comfortable kids, so that makes me happy.
We got the premium wash for $13. Reasonable price, and they did a good job on the wheels, something that doesn't always happen for $40 washes. Their 25 horsepower vacuums are awesome -- located on both sides of the car so it's easy to use them, quiet, strong, and effective.
The customer service at this oil change and car wash may be the finest customer service I have found anywhere. I was so amazed by the skill of the staff and the servant's heart that they all possess. Job well done by this entire group!
They advertise that they will read the check engine light for free but fail to tell you that you will have to wait until they finish with everyone else first. I take (used to after this) my cars there for service so it is not as if I am just teething too get something for free.

Chad, We apologize for having to wait for us to run a diagnostic on your check engine light. This location has a certified mechanic, who performs this analysis, and unfortunately, he can get very busy at times. This is a free service we provide that would more than likely cost $100 in a garage.
Good Basic Service My car was really messed up from my last road trip and I had about 45 minutes to get it cleaned before had to be somewhere. I saw Oilstop and pulled into the carwash lane. I've got to say that the queue was kind of jammed and confusing the way it was set up, but once I got in all went well. My car went in dirty from one end and turned over to me all clean and shiny at the other end; what else could I ask for? :-)
Great service, quick oil change. Keep in mind, the reason you stay in your car is because you will be a captive audience as they try to up-sell you on the other services they offer. They will put drops of your vehicle's fluids in a white tray then compare it to drops of new fluids so you can see the difference. They will show you the power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission, differential, etc. Stick with your vehicle's recommended change intervals. This place is excellent! They did everything I asked, no pressure for add-on though they did walk through a list of suggestions but without sales-pitch pressure. They work fast but expect a delay as they are always packed
