You sit in your car as they do the oil change, it's pretty quick and they offer a complimentary beverage. The employees are nice and professional. The car wash is conveniently connected, they give you a coupon for the car wash with your oil change. Or it's free for an exterior wash. The only bad thing I have to say is that I have a black car and I said the the older white guy that I didn't want it going through if it's not touchless. Amazing service! Everyone was extremely polite and professional. They introduced themselves and let you know what they were doing every step of the way. Not only do you receive excellent customer service but free drinks and car wash as well! Two thumbs up!
The Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change on Lozier Lane is top notch operation. The workers are efficient and courteous. They showed your existing fluids versus clean fluids. They checked major components while adjusting tires and cleaning windshields. A free car wash is part of the deal though at a different location in town.
I have nothing against this particular Oil Stop. Been going here 11 yrs, and Kenroy the manager tried to do the right thing but it's still a corporation. My car had no issues till the day after a $375 service. It over heated. The radiator fluid had been changed but not under vacuum the way this and a lot of newer cars require. Kenroy came to my house to check it. Topped it off, said it was fine now but to stop by the shop next time I drive it. I went in for an oil change and they found that my transmission fluid was too full. I didn't feel any pressure at all to get the extra service for my transmission. There wasn't a long wait at all and the customer service was the best yet!!! I will be back at that location!
Christian and Manuel were very pleasant and friendly, ready to help me after a pressure alert light had been left on following a tire check and oil change. I went in to have it looked at and they even fixed the squeaking in my door! While they weren't able to get the light to turn off because of something the dealership has to do, they assured me they were available to help anytime. Thank you, Oil Stop crew.
Best service ever!!!! And best wash!!!! My 4runner can be a bit tricky to wash due to its size. Heber was absolutely amazing!!!!! Had my truck looking like new !!!
First time here. Seems expensive , a lot of add on charges. Still waiting for truck so don't know about the wash but had to get the premium to get all stuff done- 79$ plus 10$ xtra to clean a spot on back seat. Seems excessive. No coupon for prem service but coupons for less expensive service. Doesn't make sense. Will try another car wash across town next time to compare.
