Honestly impressed with the service here. I was slightly overwhelmed with all the car talk I was overhearing with my boyfriend & the technicians.. but wow. I really like the vibe here, they are not pressuring my man into buying anything, only suggestions and recommendations. I like that you can just sit in your car as your car is being serviced, the employees are friendly and efficient, they are courteous, and even offer you a drink while you wait. Their car wash is free with an oil change. And they have employees pre-scrub your car. The car wash reminds me of that time I was eaten by a giant squid. Pretty radical.
Like all Chevron oil stops this one is professional and fast. $50 this time. Is that more expensive than usual? Their coffee is fine after a couple creams and sugars.
There was nothing but exceptional service. Brandon the manager was very patient with me even though I had a lot of questions. Probably more then actually pertained to my simple oil change
These guys were the BEST!! Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Trusted them implicitly and will be going back to this location even though I live a good 40 minutes away.
This place is awesome. It's better then going to the actual car dealership. The people are so sweet, and make sure that your car is completely up to date in every aspect. I enjoyed my oil change. I'll definitely be back.
So I Was leery about coming here in the first place since I've heard such bad things. But I gave it a shot. I pulled up they didn't seem that busy. Took 45 mins before I got in the bay. Once I got in the bay my car was ignored for about 20 more mins. Once someone started working on my car the kid who couldn't know much about cars look at it like it was some alien machine. First time getting an oil change here, and first time sitting in the car while it happened! Excellent customer service, free beverage while you wait in your car, things were very coordinated, and they were transparent about everything (here's your oil level now, here's the new filter we're putting in, etc.). Of course they try to upsell because that's how they make more money - just say no! I'll definitely be coming back for my next one.
Usually I would give a higher score rating but, after yesterday's visit I am very disappointed with this Oil Stop. I have used this place many times in the past personally and with our personal business fleet. I felt like as soon as I didn't buy what they were trying to sell me ( engine cleaner) the customer service disappeared. 1. Didn't show me the new oil filter going in 2.
