Ernest and his team are awesome. This is my first time and won't be my last. It's definitely an experience if you haven't been. Complementary beverage, they keep you informed to what they're doing the whole time. Just awesome customer service and these guys don't FEEL fake. Legit. Thanks guys!
I've been here twice now with bad experiences. 1st time I brought in a 1990 F150 for an oil change and I had to go to Santa Rosa after, on my way up to Santa Rosa my truck tried to die and so I pulled over and noticed a hose from the radiator had come off and it was semi blocking access to the oil filter. They wouldn't take responsibility for that even though I wasn't looking to for any reimbursement of any kind. The 2nd time was with my 2001 Lincoln Continental that I had an oil change done on. I'm extremely impressed with the customer service and low cost! I've been going to valvoline for years but this place exceeded expectations. I called ahead the manager JR reccomended the yelp coupon I was offered a drink when I arrived the workers Ruben Pablo and Roger were very thorough in checking all fluids and filters and even lubricating hinges. I will definitely be returning for all my oil changes
My favorite oil stop. It's quick, convenient, the staff is not only super friendly and kind but very knowledgeable, they're not pushy like other places. They offer a complimentary drink while you wait. Their customer service is amazing. Plus you get a free car wash!!!
I have been coming here for around 2 years and these guys give some of the best service I have seen. Very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. They really do check your cars parts and let you know. Thank you oil-stop!

When using the vacuums, avoid allowing the hose to touch the paint of the car it will scratch it or scuff it. The scratches occurred on my car are too deep to compound or polish out so they are permanent. The attendant did not even offer to fix the issue, he just left it up to me to deal with it. Unfortunately, they do not have any warnings about this issue and they don't have anything to protect your car from getting damaged. I have been coming to this car wash for a few years, and service has been amazing every time! From the greater to the to the dispatcher, they are amazing. They take time with your vehicle and make sure it's spotless. Towards the end they'll check in with you and have you double check, and they'll fix whatever you don't like.
