Solid service, attention to detail and consistent with service offered. Thanks for making changing my oil a little more fun if we thought that was possible. They need an instant nescafe machine for cappuccinos. They got the rest. Thanks.
This was my first time having an oil service at this location, where I have gotten my car washed many times and been equally satisfied. The level of customer service was truly unparalleled! Ben could not have been nicer as he walked me through everything being done to my Volkswagen. He and Bill were informative and helpful as they went through 33 different service inspections, and never once did I feel pressured or coerced into buying a service. Quite impressed with their excellent service and no pressure to buy. Overall, an enjoyable experience without getting out of the car, especially with the kids. When I'm in the South Bay, I go to my favorite place in Palo Alto (Nine Minute Oil Change); although, they don't offer a free car wash. This place has one in Rohnert Park, and also offers $10 off your next visit. I'm happy to know there's a reliable place to get my oil changed in the North Bay with free beverages, top-offs & WiFi. My favorite place.. They have three different price levels. The $5.00 wash is as good as the $12.00 wash... The $12.00 wash does dry your car off completely.. Also applies tons of wax that you can run your fingernails over after and tell that it has been waxed. You can purchase towels for $3.00 that have been treated. The next time you go in you just trade them in for a new one. The towels clean spots off of glass and then you can use them on the door jambs and even interior leather. The vacuum area is great. Nice oil change while waiting in my car. BUT refused to honor their own coupon. The one available right here on YELP. I had asked the attendant if it was valid for my service and he said, "yes, I was going to offer you this paper coupon, it's the same." At the time of payment, they claimed they didn't know I had one. So what was that piece of paper for then?? You have no idea how much I needed that tiny little $10 break and your refusal to allow it has lost you a customer for life. I will NEVER go back.

The people were so nice and friendly here and it was pretty fast too. No line when we pulled up the first thing they asked was what would you like to drink they had coffee apple cider tea and hot chocolate. Another thing I like is the people didn't try and sell you anything they did their work and they did it good.
These guys were great. It was a Saturday so they were busy and the lines long but it was fine. Very professional and a free car wash. Not pushy with their extras.
Julian was one of the most pleasant and polite employees I have ever dealt with. He was efficient and thorough helping me understand everything along the way. Employees should strive to have his diligence and authenticity. All the employees here were extremely nice and made my experience worth the money. Thank you!
