The wait was about 15 minutes after pulling in; but well worth it. Pablo and Daniel were very helpful and polite and did an outstanding job of servicing the car for a oil change. They were very courteous when asking if I wanted to purchase additional services and didn't make me feel bad after saying no. They held true to their mission " We will serve people with excellence. Humbly with a servants heart."
Just wanted to say how great this outfit is! I have had many quick and easy oil changes over the years. I noticed the last time I was in that they offer free oil top ups. Today my oil light came on so I stopped by. Not only did they get me in and out quick and easy with NO CHARGE! They did my tire pressure and other fluids and added a quart of pricey oil! Thanks Oilstop, that's what I call service!
Excellent service with great communication, free refreshments while waiting and a car wash too. Reliable and quick! Highly recommend!
I have been using Wash2Go to wash two cars for over a year. We purchased a plan and use it frequently. Sometimes I have had a few issues with the employees who have disabilities, but Wash2Go has always corrected any issues I've had and been very accommodating. Not even worthy of one star... I usually change my oil myself, and this place is making me want to continue to do it myself. I parked behind the shop and walked in. Waited for almost 10 minutes just for the older gentleman to finally come in. He told me to pull my car up and wait in it, didn't give me any paperwork when I asked for it. I came here for an oil change and I was VERY impressed by the wonderful service I received. Jerome especially was extremely nice to me and made sure I got the exact services I needed for my car. I wouldn't think to go anywhere else for my next oil change!
The cost was a bit pricey. Over 50 bucks for the service. I could have opted to go next door for their $19.99 special. But I thought I'd give this place a try. I had a coupon for $5.00 off however it had expired. I got the usual up sell pitch. They said I needed some overdue maintenance, but I told them my car had just been through a complete tune up a couple months prior. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GOING!! My wife brought our 2008 Ford Fushion there last week and the Oilstop team drained the oil and did NOT fill the car back up with oil!!!! Oilstop said they are not responsible for the mistake. My wife drove the car less than 100 miles and the engine blew up. We are now left with a car that will not run and soon to be out 4k to fix a perfectly fine car. We are in the process of taking them to small claims court, please wish us luck!!
