Maddening experience. I have been here once before and recalled that they kept knocking on my window (you are not allowed to leave your car) to ask me questions about add ons and show me oil levels, etc... I had some work to finish so I kindly asked the gentleman to ask me everything up front and please don't do that knocking on my window thing. He agreed. Scoundrels. Here's my story, briefly. I needed an oil change in Santa Fe and never having had one before in this town I turned to Yelp. This place had good reviews and even better had a coupon. So I drove in and pulled up behind the one car in front of me. I pulled out the Yelp coupon and asked the guy if he took it and he said yes and stuck in under my wiper. well I must update my review of 6/21/15 well after not being able to get my car washed for months so I was ready to have it out with that nasty assed manager, and was absolutely thrilled when I was told that the nasty crotchety person was no longer manager. I wish ZEROwas an option! Long story short.. Thanks to shop neglect during a routine maintenance visit at this oil stop, my husband had to have the entire transmission of his 2013 Toyota Tundra ripped out and replaced (This truck was bought new off of the lot and is EXTREMELY well taken care of). It took oil stop THREE WEEKS to finally admit fault (even with proof) and accept responsibility for this... THIS PLACE IS AWESOME....I have been needing to a review on this place for a while now...I used to FLY through oil changes (I was a commuter and would get an oil change every two months) and they always took care of me and my box car! I never felt pressure to buy anything I did not need, they always gave me an honest opinion, and never talked to me like I was stupid girl who did not know anything about cars. I've been using these guys for years for many different cars and light trucks. They've never missed a beat as far as the service, but I admit saying no takes some getting use to without feeling bad about it. One thing that has always puzzled me, is that when I ask them to look for loose things because I hear a noise, they ALWAYS say they found nothing. Some of those things turned out to be quite obvious.
