Amazing people, great service! Never felt pushed for recommended services. They have a real heart, I felt the genuinely cared and did not feel like i was just a number. Would return everytime I need an oil change!

I thought I should write an update on this, even though it happened a while ago. Shortly after I wrote the initial review, the manager contacted me via yelp email, asking for details. He said they were unable to find a record of my visit. There's no record because I elected not to have any services performed. I provided him with the date and time of my visit. I came here one day because the place I usually go to has been unreasonably busy. Always 2+ hour wait times when I call for an appointment. I had a $5 off coupon so I thought, why not? This place was awesome! I'm actually pretty surprised, I'm not a huge fan of get-it-done-as-fast-as-humanly-possible places, but this place had some serious charm. It's really not that hard ......when the bay is empty you pull the car in. ...you don't let it sit there cause its out of order ...take the drain plug out and allow the oil in one car to drain ....while you work finish the other ones ......not sure if they where just trying to make the parking lot look full or what ......it called efficiency

Wish I could get less than a star. Pushy service and on top of it they over tightened the drain plug on my car where we had to have it chiseled out and pay for a new plug. I live 200 miles away and was just told to bring it in so they can show me the tools to guarantee it doesn't get too tight (I own the same tools, they can break and need recalibrated)

I am a very lucky girl. Trying to be confident that I don't have to check my oil level constantly inbetween oil changes nearly cost me my engine. This Oilstop did NOT properly screw the oil filter onto my car. I was apparently losing oil for awhile, and when my oil light came on while turning the corner into my driveway...I said: "this isn't right" and had it checked out before driving any further. OVERVIEW: There's a car wash across the street, go there immediately, do not even consider this one. REVIEW: I decided to try this carwash today because, well I hadn't tried it yet and that's usually reason enough for me! Glad I did, because now I know never to go here again for anything - not even directions. Here's why! Service does exist! Had the most pleasant experience at Oilstop. The service was incredible, the mechanics were SUPER friendly, PLUS you get a free beverage, car wash, and they top off all your liquids. Oh AND they will do a check engine diagnostic for free! Sure they tell you what they recommend (ie additional services) but you can simply say no and move on if you don't feel up to them. So glad I found a GREAT, affordable and local oil change station. WAHOO!
