Very good customer service. very professional. knowledgeable staff. I came in for an oil change, left with new air filters and fuel injector cleaner..they will look for ways to sell their products, No bullshit though, they will only offer additional products if your car really needs them. Took about 20 minutes from start to finish all while my 2 year old slept in his car seat!! Definitely recommend this place for a quick oil change! !!

Save your money, one of the worst car washes I've gotten. For $25 bucks they didn't even clean out the cup holders in the backseat. The seats in the back were not wiped down and there was mud on the back of the leather seat from my son that wasn't even touched.

I have been going to Oilstop for about 4 years now. I went as a passenger in someone's car and loved the service and complimentary beverages. This place was perfect for me because I didn't have to worry about lugging out 10 cases of work equipment, just for an oil change. I got to stay in the vehicle, and if I didn't have time in between oil changes, they will just top you off. Sometimes they get busy, but they let you know that it could be a long wait. All the positive reviews are dead on. These guys are great! I usually change my own oil but decided to pull in and try the drive through method. Very impressive. I actually brought my own oil because I came in a skeptic. They were happy to to put in the oil and filter I brought and actually discounted $7 off the total cost. I would definitely come back. Thank you for your hard work guys!

Staff is very friendly and informative. They give you free beverages. I didn't have any problems with my oil change.

This was so disappointing. Drove from Port Hueneme based on the reviews. Pull in and wait thinking to myself "how long could it take" short answer 1 hour was the estimate given to me by the mechanics. Really didn't have an hour so he told me to back out. I am on the freeway when I realize they never latched the hood.

Quick, affordable, friendly. More than you would ever expect from an oil changing place. We will never go anywhere else. This last time the main guy doing the work on our car ended with "one more thing. I'm noticing a lot of rat droppings in your engine. I don't know where you park your car, but be careful because they can chew up the wires." While that seems like nothing, we had no clue we had rats in our garage. Been going to this company for years not this locations though, first time here they forgot to do a few things on my car, second time I went in there with my truck and they charged me an additional $50 RV/motor home fee and wasn't even able to complete the whole service such as air in the tires when it's clearly not a motor home just a higher truck. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR AN OIL CHANGE! This place is AMAZING! They have WONDERFUL customer service and no B.S. sales tactics here! You sit in your car the entire time they do the oil changes and they have free Wi-Fi that you can use while you wait. While they don't use sales tactics here (they don't get paid commission), they do, however, let you know everything that's needed and recommended for your vehicle in order to keep the vehicle running smoothly.
