My car desperately needed to be serviced. My bf recommended the Oil Stop to me. I came in after 5pm today and was out in about 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the service. Tony and the rest of the crew have a great attitude. Love that they're not pushy and provide you with recommendations. I dislike going to the dealership and feel like I'm getting cheated at other places. There's no need to go anywhere else after my great experience here today. Too bad they dont do repairs. Thank you gentlemen!

This place is awesome. I went in a couple days ago needing an oil change and new windshield wipers on my Suburu Tribeca. The mechanics were all extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. And they gave me hot apple cider while they worked :) Unfortunately, my car takes a weird size of windshield wipers that they did not have, but this is Suburu's fault not theirs and they were able to recommend another place in Ashland. I was visiting some family friends in Petaluma so I decided to get a car wash here because the location is conveniently located right off the freeway. I wanted to purchase the one time car wash however, the sales rep got really pushy with a promotion they had available, the promotion was $14.99 for the first month of unlimited car washes however he mentioned that the price doubles to $29.98 for the reminder of the membership with the new monthly dues being automatically deducted from my credit card on file. My boyfriend went here the other day for an oil change, the service was good, even asked us if we wanted water, coffee, or tea while we waited. All the staff was friendly and was not pushy about trying to get us to upgrade the services, although we were already getting a higher package since his car requires a full synthetic oil. But their prices for other things were very good, my boyfriend ended up replacing his air filter and they only charged 20 bucks. At the store they can run 40 or more for the same brand. I had to open a yelp, just because this was ridiculous!! I was in with my fiancés car this last week, and the gentleman working on our car was very nice, and respectful. Trying to sell anything the best he could, without too much pressure. We kindly refused do to saving for our wedding weekend, and the boss came out (Beto I think his name was) and yelled at him for something called " code 7" not sure what that is, but pretty sure it is sales. This review is not on the actual services provided but on the waiting process. I came to get my oil changed on my lunch break, knowing it might be a bit of a wait, fine. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I waited about 35 minutes before I pulled up and they checked my oil to tell me my options. I was expecting to get the $44.99 oil change but was told my car takes synthetic so my options were $71.99 and $84.99. Why on earth were my options not given to me as soon as I drove up?? Great service...choice of beverages and you can relax in your car while service is being done. Bill was very courteous and friendly. All my fluids were checked and filled and any service recommended was offered but not pushed. There is a $10 off coupon on yelp and that brings the price down to $31.00.... A very pleasant and efficient experience!
Have been coming to this Car wash for over 2 decades since I moved here. Not only have they taken care of my personal vehicles but also my work vehicles. Never short of superior service! Very clean spot, free coffee and a very professional friendly staff. Highly recommended place to come!!!
