Great service here. Cory and Eduardo were really great. Very kind and consistent with the information they give to you. Super polite and call you by name. Pretty impressed with these guys. I have been coming here for a while and they know my truck's history. The only reason I didn't give five stars is they are a bit expensive.

Nothing has changed in this place. They still try to shove unneeded expensive services down your throat even though you tell them you only want an oil change. Don't work for my old company anymore so I will not be forced to ever go to this place again.

I started out going to Oilstop more than 20 years ago and now still go back for the trucks and cars I own. I believe in frequent oil and fluid level services. And though I don't automatically service my vehicles every 3000 miles, I do it before 6000 miles. I also like that they keep a data base of the previous work performed and make recommendations based on time elapsed and mileage driven. while the convenience of a drive through is nice I shouldn't have to mention several times that I only want oil and to please stop trying to sell me add-ons. I'll be changing my own, as I usually do, in the future.

The price is not bad it comes out to 46$ but what makes this place worth coming to is their friendly customer service and respectful help. They don't get commission so they don't try to over sale you but they inform you of what you can get done to your car. It was a drive through oil change literally you drive in sit in your car as they do the oil change talk to you show you the oil and the tire pressure of your tires I mean really really nice experience will definitely come again. I recommend everyone to give them a try.

The 1, 2 & 3 stars review here are very true. I tried myself because someone gave 5 stars hmmm. If you don't care maybe this is the place. All my car need is an oil change. The other review here said every second they will come to you, that is very true and sell you something that they will make look like your car really really needs it or else they will break ASAP! Driving from Portland to California, we stopped in Medford and discovered a leak from my engine. We rolled into the convenient Oil Stop off of Medford and the friendly and efficient service man (we didn't get his name), inspected the car fluids, found my radiator cap stripped and not fitting well, gave us the reason why the fluids overflowed and recommended an easy fix. All with a very knowledgeable manner. Thank you!

These guys were great. I could easily have refused the extra services and expenses, but they did everything that I wanted and needed except brake check--just not what they do. They were professional and very cheery. I almost went to the Cleveland address of Oil Stop, but the Yelp reviews were not as good, so I waited a bit and got great service. I recommend them highly, AND be prepared to say no if you don't want extra services!!!! They do ask and are great if you want Or Not!

I went to this carwash because someone crashed my car yesterday and left an ugly mark on the front bumper, making it an eyesore to look at. So I asked them if they can make it look bearable at the very least since it looked bad. The guy that you would pull up to told me he'll do the best he can of scraping it without chipping off the paint. It ended up looking great! A lot better than I expected.
