Super friendly and efficient. I waited in my car while they worked on it. They try to upscale (filters, sludge stuff) but don't push it or force it. I like how each step they gave me updates about what they were doing. I'd go here again.

Been here twice now and I love this place! Unfortunately, this place is like Costco to me... i go in for 1 thing and leave with the works. I can't seem get leave here without spending a couple hundred bucks though! But seriously, the staff is super friendly and their service is very thorough. They serve water and get you in and out as soon as possible. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Let me begin by saying WOW. I have never in my life been so pleased with the level of service when getting my oil changed. I've never been to a drive thru oil changing service so this was a first for me and I loved it! I arrived and there were 2 cars ahead of me but the attendant promptly greeted me and had me pull into the garage. (You stay in the car throughout the process with your window rolled down). This service has actually been annoying to me. They have their sales pitch and you hear it, like it or not. Some of the service is just expensive. BUT! Today was great. And especially from one guy one particular. I think his name is Paul? He was a lot more personable and cool. A type of service I much prefer over the robot like sales guys. (I know they are just doing their job). I hope the service in the future is exactly the same as it was today. Thanks Paul! I hope that's your name?

Been coming here for car service for 25 years. It has had its ups and downs, but they've always done a good job. Trusted them with 7 of my cars. Thumbs up.

I don't let anyone else touch my car, not even the dealer. Brandon and his team are the absolute best. This used to be my "home" store, then I moved 3-hours away. I still schedule time to come here to service all three of my vehicles. That's how much I trust them.

I visited oil stop for an oil change. Being new to the area I didn't know where to go. The process here includes trying to up sell customers which I understand but they should not lie to accomplish the sale. I was told that if I didn't use synthetic oil the warranty would be voided on my 2014 Honda CR-V I checked my manual it says oil is preferred you may use synthetic if it meets specifications I would not recommend this store

What a scam. They try to sell you everything and the kitchen sink. You can get a $300 oil change on a brand new electric car here. If you don't buy the crap they are selling for extra they get mad. They once put expensive synthetic oil in my radiator. YES, my radiator! So I don't buy extras as its too confusing for them and things my car does not require. Today though, I asked how much, they told me. Then I went to pay and use the YELP $10 off now coupon. They refused it and said it was already included. Same price I always ... read more

I'm from the old, "dirty rag" school of oil changing. When I dropped in to OilStop, I was (1) Greeted friendlier than I would ever have suspected by what I formerly thought of as oil change "grease monkeys." (2) Then I looked around and saw the place was spotless! Caught me off guard big time. No grease on the floor, guys moving around in what seemed like 'boot camp' precision, yet with disarmingly friendly smiles.
