I have taken two different vehicles to Oil Stop a few times. They are friendly, communicate very well and offer a beverage complimentary with the service. They are able to perform a number of additional services beyond an oil change. They clearly explain the cost of any additional suggested services and there is no pressure whatsoever to have those services done. This is my second oil change ever on my own and it went really well, I was able to use the coupon to get 10 bucks off which was cool too! Would recommend coming here.

This was my first time going to a place to get my oil changed that wasn't my non-dealership mechanics. I was extremely happy with the service and they are very friendly. And it was fast too! Really stands by the whole "Drive Thru Oil Change" which is great. With my work schedule I really can't go during the week and wait for hours just for an oil change. Amazing people, great service! Never felt pushed for recommended services. They have a real heart, I felt the genuinely cared and did not feel like i was just a number. Would return everytime I need an oil change!

I thought I should write an update on this, even though it happened a while ago. Shortly after I wrote the initial review, the manager contacted me via yelp email, asking for details. He said they were unable to find a record of my visit. There's no record because I elected not to have any services performed. I provided him with the date and time of my visit. I came here one day because the place I usually go to has been unreasonably busy. Always 2+ hour wait times when I call for an appointment. I had a $5 off coupon so I thought, why not? This place was awesome! I'm actually pretty surprised, I'm not a huge fan of get-it-done-as-fast-as-humanly-possible places, but this place had some serious charm. It's really not that hard ......when the bay is empty you pull the car in. ...you don't let it sit there cause its out of order ...take the drain plug out and allow the oil in one car to drain ....while you work finish the other ones ......not sure if they where just trying to make the parking lot look full or what ......it called efficiency
