I went in for a car wash and vacuum. The service writer sold me the Carwash, interior vacuum and clean, windows inside and out and a hand wax. $ 51.98 he said about 1/2 hour. when I came back for the car the rt rear fender had spots not washed or waxed, left front wheel 1/2 the rim not washed or wiped. every window had spots and streaks on them. I really don't like paying for such shitty service !! I wiill not be returning to this facility any time soon !

This was an exceptional customer experience. When I arrived I was given a brochure and told "this is a little information about who we are and what we do" The brochure explained that I would be offered other services but I should be totally comfortable saying no thanks. Tim and the rest of the crew were fantastic, super polite, and highly professional. Always friendly and courteous - and most importantly, the team doesn't make me feel foolish when I don't know anything about the engine of my car. They always help me figure out which service (in addition to an oil change) is most needed. This is my go-to oil change company!

Great location right off hwy 101. Drive thru oil change. Never leave your car. Fully transparent with eveything they're doing. Located right next to the In N Out. Free Vacuums and complimentary car wash. Some upselling. But no high pressure at all. Brian the service manager was very professional. $35 with tax with my coupon.

First time here. Was not too crowded on a Sat morning. They immediately try to sell you the platinum package with all sorts of extras. I just wanted a wash and vacuum so went for the silver. I have some paint loss on my hood and they did come in and ask me about it going through the wash which I appreciated. Car looked great, no complaints

In and out within 45 minutes. Friendly folks, very communicative every step of the way. They did offer additional services (for additional cost, of course) but that's part of their job, and at no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions. I was offered a soda while waiting, and given a coupon at the end for a free car wash- not sure if this is a first-time customer perk or something they always do, but it's greatly appreciated. I was sooo disappointed to get home and find oil leaking all over my driveway. Leaving the old filter gasket on my car was a total amateur mistake. Cost me another $75 to get my oil changed elsewhere.... NO I wouldn't go here even to have them fix what their mistake... this is the second infraction and I'm not gonna give them a chance for a third.

Do not go here unless you want to be pushed all sorts of added services. Plus, they lie! I went in for an oil change. The attendant came by to show me "discoloration" of my transmission fluid. But, I had had my transmission fluid serviced less than 4,000 miles earlier. I told this to the attendant, and he still persisted. I told him he and Oil Stop could not be trusted, and I would never return.
