So, I live in the country and for whatever reason that makes sense to no one, let alone me, I bought a black car. You can literally write your name in my car 48 hours after I've washed it. I've always used this Oilstop when needing my oil changed, save for the one time I went to Valley Oil on Piner. Valley Oil wasn't impressive so I learned to just stick to what I know. All the guys here are really friendly and helpful. They do try to sell you other products but don't seem bothered if you tell them no. On busier days it's taken up to an hour but when I'm the only car it only took 30 minutes. After the oil change, filter, oil and engine cleaner it came to 80 bucks. guy does have a lot of cars that do look "fixed" up but he does half ass work. didn't use the right antifreeze solution. we bought one specifically for our Chrysler 300 which was orange in color and when we checked the antifreeze a few weeks later we noticed that it was green. my husband called him up and he stated that antifreeze changes colors which is total bull! we called oreilys, autozone, pepboys and they all laughed and said that was absolutely false! I was in Petaluma with some time to kill and a car covered in tree crap. I tried one car wash on Lakeville and it was totally unclear what the hell you were supposed to do once you drove in the place, and nobody approached to enlighten me as I sat there at their stupid stop sign, so I left. Car Wash Review This is my other go to car wash place. The guys do a very good job and they listen to customer's requests. Mine is that they use the air compressor on the mirrors and the openings before they dry the vehicle. I'm here on a regular basis and after the first few visits, I didn't even have to ask anymore. I took my truck here a few days ago for an oil change and car wash. The oil change was reasonably priced, but they kept pushing me to add on other services. A car wash is free with oil change, but it does not include the inside. They normally charge $25 just to clean the inside of a vehicle, but gave me a $10 coupon, so $15 to clean the inside of my vehicle. They did a horrible job.. They missed many of spots. Such great service today. No complaints at all. Service was fast. Staff was professional and polite. I left feeling confident, especially seeing the same manager for the last few years. Figured it was time to write a Yelp Review realizing that this experience is pretty typical. Sua (not sure how to spell his name) was really friendly to my son while lubricating the door locks and hinges. My kids never mind running this errand knowing they'll get a juice box at OIl Stop.
