The 1, 2 & 3 stars review here are very true. I tried myself because someone gave 5 stars hmmm. If you don't care maybe this is the place. All my car need is an oil change. The other review here said every second they will come to you, that is very true and sell you something that they will make look like your car really really needs it or else they will break ASAP! Driving from Portland to California, we stopped in Medford and discovered a leak from my engine. We rolled into the convenient Oil Stop off of Medford and the friendly and efficient service man (we didn't get his name), inspected the car fluids, found my radiator cap stripped and not fitting well, gave us the reason why the fluids overflowed and recommended an easy fix. All with a very knowledgeable manner. Thank you!

These guys were great. I could easily have refused the extra services and expenses, but they did everything that I wanted and needed except brake check--just not what they do. They were professional and very cheery. I almost went to the Cleveland address of Oil Stop, but the Yelp reviews were not as good, so I waited a bit and got great service. I recommend them highly, AND be prepared to say no if you don't want extra services!!!! They do ask and are great if you want Or Not!

I went to this carwash because someone crashed my car yesterday and left an ugly mark on the front bumper, making it an eyesore to look at. So I asked them if they can make it look bearable at the very least since it looked bad. The guy that you would pull up to told me he'll do the best he can of scraping it without chipping off the paint. It ended up looking great! A lot better than I expected. Thoroughly disappointed in 125.00 detailing! After spending an hour and twenty minutes my car looked NO different. Than a regular 20.00 car wash inside and out. I had a time limit or I would have stayed and made them fix the terrible job. I valleys management and was basically given excuses as to why it wasn't done correctly. The leather car seat steaming was half done, the door jam was filthy just a really bad job

Ok my first time getting my oil changed without my husband or father, they were great! Yes they try and add tons of stuff but I got what I needed which was a air filter and the oil change for $60! They were all so friendly the moment I pulled up asked me if I wanted a drink, was in and out in about 15 min! Fast and great! I'll definitely keep coming here from now on!!

Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me i guess. I went to this oil stop hearing great reviews a few years back. Not a day after I left, my check engine light came on, I noticed my car was idling funny, and when i came to a complete stop and then got on the gas it would felt like it was going to stall. Two weeks later my transmission failed on the freeway and the car was dunzo. I told myself it couldnt possibly have been the oil change, figured it was coincidence. This place is LEGIT!!! Never have I received such service! Corporate America and retailers EVERYWHERE can learn about customer service from an oil change shop of all places!! Tim, you are the man! I hope you are planning to climb all the way to the top of this company's ladder, you deserve it!
