This places takes the time to do the interior properly. They do a good job on the exterior using air hoses to remove excess water. The prices are fair.
I would never think to testify of a lube shop but they are truly amazing! I loved their customer service. They were kind courteous and offered me hot chocolate and asked if I needed a refill. They lubed my doors so they would not squeak. They changed my oil quickly and I really enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to take my kids out of the car. I recommend this place to everyone!
I recently had a bad experience with Oil Stop. Yes staff very friendly and also paid $80 for a routine oil change. However 6 days later on the freeway my drain plug popped out and there was no indication on my dash board. Before it was too late my engine seized. I immediately called Oil Stop they came out and had my vehicle for 2 weeks before telling me that there was nothing they can do. Such nice people! Sometimes car services places just want to get you in and out, but these guys really take the time to make you feel special. Really appreciate the drink and the car fluid education for someone who knows nearly nothing about cars other than when to get an oil change and how to fill the windshield wiper fluid. This place is a huge step above jiffy lube or any other drive-thru oil change place I've ever been to. They have reasonable prices, outstanding service, coupons galore (I always get $10 off coupons in the mail and they usually give you another $10 off coupon for your next oil change), and they also have a card they stamp for you every time you go which gives you your 6th oil change free! I have been comming to Oilstop for a few years now and everyone is very friendly and promt. I was in a bind one time for my smog test and I had no time to take my car in. The owner offered to pick my car up for me so I would meet my deadline. THAT WAS SO HELPFUL. My business is right downtown so it was not to much trouble. Thank you Oilstop.
Misleading and deceptive business practices. STAY AWAY! got a quote of 42.99 only to be presented a bill of $116.21 with NO mention of a price change. I will never go there again. Other facilities charge in the $60 range for the same service. RIPOFF!! Not to mention a 45 minute wait before they even started!

This place is quick, friendly, and convenient. The staff members are sooo professional and know all about customer service, they take all the awkwardness out of getting an oil change. Free drinks while you wait are a plus. Frequent customer for about a year now. Love it.
