Upon arriving at the station I was directed by a man to pull into the garage. I was looking to just drop off the vehicle and go shopping but was surprised to hear that they state I must remain in the vehicle during the approx 15 min service (well at least it's going to be quick). Then my face quickly dropped when he said its be 47.99 for an oil change and that because my car runs on synthetic oil, he'd charge me an extra $1.00 for some fee, and then $9.99 for every quart (4 1/2 qts). PRO: Great service! Everyone was very nice and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. CON: Rather pricey. For synthetic oil in my '04 Jetta it was $88. I could have gone to the dealer for less.

I will preface any negative comments with the fact that no more than three oil changes in the past five years have been performed by another service provider. My mother and my girlfriend are customers as well, per my suggestion. I have never had any problems before, but I will add that I never get any extra services. I've only gotten my oil changed here once because I needed to do it quick for a road trip. They did their job, which was to sell me a bunch of crap I didn't need, which sucked. But the reason this place rocks is because I always bring them my used oil and they always happily take it off my hands, no fee, no hassling, which is really awesome because my neighbors would always make a fuss when I poured it into the storm drain outside my house.

Ok, so I came to this oil stop just because it has the best reviews here on yelp for my area, and just like the majority of the reviews on here, they did a fantastic job and were extremely friendly and customer oriented. They offered me a beverage just like everyone said, and I got myself a 7 up. They explain everything and show you what was in your car. Love Oilstop. Carlos at this store was incredibly helpful and courteous. You can get your oil changed at a lot if places, but Oilstop makes me feel taken care of, and I love the free wifi!! They ask a lot of questions, but I didn't feel like they were upselling, I felt like they were there to help. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

I love the attentive and friendly service. I now go to OilStop for much of my general car maintenance. While I like my dealer, I appreciate the kindness and convenience of service while I wait in my car. The free drinks and quick turnaround are a bonus. This store is particularly good because I have not had to wait and the location is so central in Santa Rosa.

While I like my dealer, I appreciate the kindness and convenience of service while I wait in my car. The free drinks and quick turnaround are a bonus. This store is particularly good because I can get the best car wash in Sonoma County.
