This place is amazing! The mechanics we so polite and efficient! The only thing I am disappointed about, is that I waited so long to finally stop in for an oil change. When we first arrived we were offered a complimentary beverage whilst we waited. And we were in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Please, please, please go here and support this amazing business. I've been to too many other main chains and mom and pop joints that overcharge and oversell to their customers, but I don't ever have to worry when going here!

Quick, cheap, and easy. I paid $5 for a wash and use of vacuum. Just drive up, pay, place your car in neutral and the wash does the rest for you. And if you want to get your oil changed you have the option to do so in the same parking lot. The staff there were very friendly and professional. If I'm ever in the area (I'm from Oakland) I'll definitely come back. Great service! No complaints!

Exemplary service each and every time that I come here. In fact it is far more convenient for me to go to Fresno for auto services but again cannot beat the level of customer service any where.

This place is good. I personally prefer to wash my car myself but with the drought I come here. I like the price and the coupons we get on the back of the receipts. The only down thing I have encountered everytime I come is that the back of my car never seems to get clean.

I absolutely LOVE this place! They're always very polite, they make cute, funny faces at Kalena to make her laugh. They never pressure me in buying anything I don't want to, I give them a dollar amount that I can budget, they fix the problems without even touching that limit. My car is in great shape, and they keep track of everything they put into my car to let me know how she's doing. I get an email when it's time to get an oil change and they're quick! I've been coming to this place for years. Consistently excellent service. Professional friendly courteous stuff. My car runs perfectly. When I'm having a bad day, I will come here just so someone will be nice to me.

The high reviews for this place appear to be car-wash related, not oil-change related. I'll tell you why: I got my oil changed here last week. My car was running fine; it was just due for an oil change. I agreed to pay for the highest grade manufacturer recommended oil; I agreed to all the upcharges to get the new filters and whatever else. I tell you this because-- assuming you are not as huge a sucker as I am-- you would probably decline some of these up-sells, and I imagine that might give the Oil Stop folks some plausibl... read more

This place seems to be like THEEE car wash spot in Santa Fe. Friendly service, clean waiting facility, and lots of options of air refresheners available for purchase. They are not very fast, but it's worth the wait because they are thorough with their cleaning.

I came in to get an oil change on my dodge diesel, which takes 15-40 oil, and a transmission fluid change. When I left I noticed the sticker in my window said they used 5w-20 oil, which would be really bad for this motor. When I went back to talk to them about it, they assured me that they used the correct oil and just misprinted the sticker.
