I went there for a car wash and my antenna broke off. The manager ( I forgot to get his name) spent over a half hour and fixed it with a replacement. I know that is not their fault it broke but the level of concern and care he put in to ensure I was pleased was exceptional. I will continue to have my oil changed and car cleaned by them with confidence. Just Superb

A good oil change. Everyone's nice and there's complimentary beverages. There's also a complimentary oil change. This is the only place we get our oil changed. I would've given it 5 stars except they say that they ask the questions 'not to pressure you', and they do ask too many. Anyways, this is a good oil change. I don't normally review places like Oilstop but we go here all the time for our cars and it's exceptional service. It's fast, they're friendly. This is the place to get your oil changed.

This place wasn't half bad. The service was nice, sitting in my car and watching them change my oil was kind of cool :D but they kept trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. I just wanted my oil changed, but they "highly recommended" getting my transmission drained (for $70), servicing my cooling system ($80), and changing a few other parts that were fine (would've been around another $60-$70). This is my usual oil spot and I can get in and out pretty quick. Last time there was about a ten minute wait but the staff was still incredibly friendly and I got my cold beverage. If you have about 30 minutes to sip a soda in your car then this is the right place. If you have company or a book is nice but super friendly people!

I have loved this concept from the first time I tried it. I don't have to schedule an appointment or try to keep myself politely entertained in a sparse lobby, I get to stay in my car and watch and hear the work that is being done to my car. These guys are superb. Yes they do offer extras to add on throughout the service, but they say upfront they don't work on commission, so they won't pressure you. After a simple "no thank you," they politely move on. I'll never go anywhere else for an oil change. They are extremely polite and thorough!

I have gone for years and they have been getting worse and worse and everytime we go the prices get higher and higher. Today I just asked for an outside wash and the inside cleaned and vacuumed. They ended up putting an amourall type product all over my seats so you couldn't sit on them and the dash, wheel and consule were sticky and tacky. They never vacuumed under the seats like I specifically asked for and when they cleaned the mats, it doesn't look any better then when I started. Expensive, lazy, overpromised, never again. Easy job on a Honda CRV was lazily done, no real effort to make it right. Never again.
