I read all of the reviews, found that the jiffy lubes didn't get very good reviews, so I gave the Oilstop a try. I was not dissapointed. Yes, they do offer you other products for your car, often showing you the fluids they took from your car. But there isn't any pressure. Some of the offers make sense to me so I agreed. My dealership botched my radiator job. I was in Rohnert Park when my car overheated. I drove into Oilstop and Felipe saved the day. Got my car fixed and safe to be on the road again. If there were Angel Awards, this place and Felipe would definitely deserve it. They know what they are doing!!!!! Thanks!

Best place I've ever found to get my oil done. They're friendly and professional, and they don't pressure you into getting anything you don't need. Plus the oil change comes with a free car wash.

$70 oil change, but that's what they charge every time at any Oilstop I go to. I also have a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid, so it takes the more expensive type of oil. Otherwise you could walk out with a $30 - $40 oil change. The reason why I'm reviewing this particular Oilstop is because of their service. This took me only 15 - 20 minutes and they were honest and told me that I had a scratched up skid plate and a crack on my air filter housing. I thought I would never do "cheap" drive-thru oil changes, thinking I was getting better service with Tillet's, the mechanic/ car dealer who sold me my car. They were too booked before a long trip so I went here instead against my better judgement.. Lo and behold, the oil stop mechanic pulled out my Tillet's installed air filter (installed during a $700 Tune-up) showing me they (My top-rated mechanic) had shoved the air filter into the space, crushing it and leaving a four inch gap exposed, noting that air was not filtered... read more

Slow, took nearly an hour... come on. It should take 15-20 min, but instead i get their expensive drawn out sales pitch for a bunch of services I don't need. They keep you in your car for a reason, So they can keep coming up to you to show you the color of the fluids in your car and try to sell you unnecessary services like a radiator flush. My fluid was nearly perfect and he made it sound as if I needed a flush??? Wait is there rust in my system? Then why do I need a total flush??? This is just a trap for suckers that plays... read more

This places takes the time to do the interior properly. They do a good job on the exterior using air hoses to remove excess water. The prices are fair.

I would never think to testify of a lube shop but they are truly amazing! I loved their customer service. They were kind courteous and offered me hot chocolate and asked if I needed a refill. They lubed my doors so they would not squeak. They changed my oil quickly and I really enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to take my kids out of the car. I recommend this place to everyone!

I recently had a bad experience with Oil Stop. Yes staff very friendly and also paid $80 for a routine oil change. However 6 days later on the freeway my drain plug popped out and there was no indication on my dash board. Before it was too late my engine seized. I immediately called Oil Stop they came out and had my vehicle for 2 weeks before telling me that there was nothing they can do.
