I take my vehicles to Oil Stop for fluid maintenance, because these drive-through stations are tailor-made for people like me, who never dare to look under the hood of their own vehicle, because something will break or spring out from under there. They have all of my car's records, and its maintenance schedule in their database. All I have to do is drive up, smile, nod, accept the free beverage, and read a magazine while they make my car happy. And then give them money. I am happy to do it. This place deserves every star on this rating. Seriously. I was suspicious when my husband added that if I didn't wanna spend a bajillion pesos at the dealership to get our second-in-command car lubed up, that Jiffy Lube (those sheisters!!) was not an option but Oilstop was. The service here was emmaculate! Sergio, Mario, Jose and Padro were extremely informative, professional, curtious and very friendly. I would recommend this oil stop to anyone.

I am an early riser and like to get routine stuff completed as early in the day as possible. Thought of switching to Oilstop for an early morning oil change. I could not find their hours posted on their poorly designed website and the Santa Rosa store phone has no voicemail greeting to provide store hours. Lo and behold, I found the store hours when coming to Yelp to voice my dissatisfaction. Too late, I took my business back to my previous so-so provider. A missed opportunity for Oilstop.

I got my oil changed at this place on a Saturday afternoon. I waited maybe 5 minutes to get into a bay and the whole time I was waiting someone was working on my car. They are very efficient, professional and courteous. They do try to sell you on several extras but a polite 'no thank you' is all that is needed. It is bothersome but I understand it's part of their job. I did see a previous review that said they change your drain plug, but they do not do that. Yes very thorough. Quick w/out rushing u around, Very polite Worth it everytime just realize that just bc they reccomend a certian service does not mean that you actually have to get it- if you get every service they offer you can spend 200 easy- but an oil change is quick,easy, and affordable.

My wife and I have gone to this place for years. I think they have a great service and people. We have 3 vehicles that we get serviced and will continue to go here.

My first impression was that they were accommodating and friendly. Someone came over to ask if I wanted water or a soda immediately upon my arrival, and then every 10 minutes or so . But WoW was it expensive!! 45 bucks without even a new air filter! That was going to cost me another $14.99. It was fun sitting in my car as they worked on it from below, and they worked really fast. However, the cost for the services I received was way too high!

I love this place! I get to stay in my comfy car and don't have to sit in a dirty grimy plastic chair in a dingey waiting room. I like being able to witness them do the work. They crew is exceedingly polite, courteous and friendly. They offer a lot of upgrade options. They are quick and efficient and have a selection of cold and hot complimentary beverages. How much better can it get! Quick, friendly and a free drink!
