My experience was good here until my car kept leaking in my driveway and I had to go back two more times after my oil change to have them figure out the transmission fluid wasn't sealed. They didn't apologize for the mistake and tried to put the blame on someone else although how they missed it three times I'm still not sure... Car wash was awesome though car looks amazing!

Will never go there again. Came in on a coupon for the oil change and in talking with the guy who checked me in, decided to also get a tune up while I was there. That was my mistake. I was there for 58 minutes but was charged over 2 hours of labor. Since they did both services, oil change and tune up, in the same time frame, shouldn't they charge for time actually spent on the car?? Have used oil stop for years because of convenience but will NEVER return again. This location used the wrong tool to tighten my oil plug and severely damage my oil pan.. $419 worth of damage at the repair shop to get it fixed all because of careless work... do not let them replace with their exclusive plugs!

I paid for a synthetic oil change. I went to this store because I was going on a road trip and it was too late to go to another place. The oil change costs $72. On the road trip I noticed the car was making a new sound and found out that a gasket was missing from my oil cap. During the road trip my gas mileage was 2-4 gals less than normal. I took the car back after the road trip askng to share the cost of a new $9 oil cap. The manager refused only offering to SELL me more oil to top it off. The service was excellent here. The employees were extremely respectful and pleasant. I saw some of the other reviewers comment on here that they try and sell you a bunch of extra add ons. This is true, but they don't get commission and aren't upset if you don't want them. I was able to go in without a wait, stay in my car, and get out in about 15 minutes. They also give you a free drink and a car wash!

A total rip-off! For my 2007 Mazda 3, they informed me that the oil change cost $42, disposal fee of $2, oil filter supplemental charge of $15 for a total of $59 to change my oil - insane! I called Hansel Mazda who told me to come in for the oil change and I was out the door for $34. Since when did the dealer become the cost effective option?

I'm updating this review to 3 stars because they are awesome about recycling oil here. I brought them 9 quarts of used oil and they were happy to show me where to dump it and even offered me a drink. You can also bring your filters there too.

I have never been to a drive thru oil change shop before. It's quite a hoot. You sit in your car, they bring you all the necessary forms plus a complimentary drink right to the window. They poke around under the hood and show you liquid stuff like oil on your oil stick (mine was a quart low) and then they show it again after they refill it. Meanwhile, my windows were washed, the air in my tires were filled (or let some air out like in the front) and the locks for the keys were oiled. This is kinda like going to the hairdress... read more
