The last two times I've gone to this location the service has been terrible. I've had to wait up to 45 minutes for service, and my car has not run as well after the oil change. Once, I waited in the bay for 40 minutes until they changed shifts. They were polite, but made no attempt at servicing my car even though I asked. Their car wash is inconsistent. Sometimes they do OK, other times below average. The Steele Ln. location is much better. I will not go back to Oil Stop. Twice is enough for below average customer service.

I really like how they offer a drink, and even a little reading material. It's not the fastest, and not the cheapest, but they're very thorough and organized. They can even get your service record from another location if you can't remember when you last had something done. I keep going back because I trust them.

Review for Car Wash Only: I joined Yelp so I could share my experience with the Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change in Rohnert Park. My car needed an oil change as well as a car wash, so in my mind this place was perfect. The guys who worked on my oil change did a great job. They were very polite, no complaints. However, the Car Wash was another story. I paid $45 for the VIP car wash, dropped off my car and waited about 25 - 30 minutes. Very nice, I'm so pleased. I was hungry, so stopped at the JBL lounge next door, then drove in to Oilstop where they gave me a drink to go with my lunch! I snacked as they worked and by the time I was done, so were they. AND I got a free car wash coupon too! I'll be back!

My husband and I were driving from Colorado Springs to Albuquerque and needed an oil change quickly. One of the men named "Surfer" had us wary at first...he was wayyyyy friendly and we automatically thought he was doing this to offer us more services which of course would cost us more. But he never asked or pushed us for more services; once my husband clearly stated he just wanted the basic oil change, that's what we got. Went in like 15 minutes before they were closing and it was no problem. We asked about leaving the car to go get a beverage while they were working on the car, but they said they are a drive through and you stay with the car... so they gave us a couple sodas "on the house." then my wife hits her eye on this metal bar inside our car, and they come right out with an ice pack. very nice people. we never got the oil change because our plug was stripped, but we're headed back this morning while there mechanic is on shift so they ... read more

They have serviced my car here for the last three oil changes. When you are going to bring your car in for a service, don't forget to bring the $5off coupon you get in the mail. Chevron Oil Stop has multiple locations across Sonoma County and there are two locations in Rohnert Park. If you have time, bring your car to this location which is right off from Rohnert Park Expressway. According to my research, out of the two Rohnert Park locations this Oil Stop provides better service.

Like all quick oil change joints they will try to up sell you some services, but they do good work and are quick.
