These guys are great. When I get my oil changed they are professional and don't just tell me, but show me what they have done. Highly recommended.
I have been using this service for many years. They are extremely service oriented and will recommend services my car needs but they aren't pushy on trying to up sell every oil change. I moved to Portland two years ago but I still bring my car here whenever I visit my parents because I trust Pit Stop so much!
I'm hesitant to post this because I'm sometimes a little greedy about sharing a good thing but this place is great. No ridiculous bells and whistles. Just a straight forward oil change and at a reasonable price. It would be nice if they posted their prices either online or on a sign out in front of their business.
Awesome customer service is alive and well in Petaluma. Oilstop guys at the Petaluma location continue to amaze. Early this week, coming off the E. Washington overpass my Battery light came on and my power steering stopped. I was fortunate enough to be able to pull into the strip mall across from the swim center. I opened my hood an first thing I saw was the belt hanging low in my engine. Knowing Oilstop will change Serpentine Belts, I called to see if they would help. The ass kissing that takes place by the service crew is exemplary. It does get annoying but one solid "no" will stop the up-selling.
These guys are polite, coordinated, professional, trustworthy and I got a free drink. Great job!

I'm incredibly grateful for Oilstop and the work that they do. Customer service like this is, unfortunately, very rare these days. I find the excellent customer service and commitment to their mission statement as a company to be evident and refreshing each time I go.
