I have been using all of the Oil Stop services for many vehicles and many years. They have made time for me in the snow late in the day, changed stubborn diesel fuel filters and answered the questions that I have had. Ben is honest and will let you know if there is a problem he can't address. I have never had an issue that hasn't been addressed expeditiously. I've used this place for both personal and work vans because they're fast while maintaining the quality. I like how they're transparent with what they're doing and if you decline a add on service they top off the liquids to ensure you're in the best place. It can be pretty backed up but I think it's with the wait. Price is reasonable. And the crew is always super nice and informative.
I go by the car wash there every week which is awesome 95% of the time, absolutely love getting my truck washed there! Today while waiting I started talking to Ben from service in the Oilstop area and decided to let them change my fuel filters on my diesel truck and I must say they did a fantastic job and took care of my vehicle the way I would take care of it myself! Great customer service , fantastic work and great prices five stars in my book!
My favorite location to clean out my car, get is washed and get the oil changed. I always use chevron oil change for serving our vehicles, but this location in particular is my favorite. The location is spacious (unlike Coddingtown) and the techs are pleasant. This location usually seems to get the job done faster than some of the others. I also love how easy it is to use the adjoining car wash. This Chevron Oilstop is a lifesaver and a timesaver! Also there is a $10 off yelp coupon right now! Score!

Off the charts customer service. Which is why I keep coming back. Not only are they not pushy, but they go above and beyond explaining things, and providing top notch service. What motivated me to write a review was the fact that they accidentally overcharged me. Not only did they catch the error, but they went out of their way to track me down to make sure I was reimbursed. Prices are reasonable, and they make the experience extraordinary.
We stopped in again today and couldn't believe how well we were treated by the staff here at this business. The women that worked on our car was absolutely amazing. Not only did she have the best personality, she also made my wife really comfortable while we waited. Highly recommended!!!
