I have had them change my oil and do a few other small maintenance things with my car several times and every single time they have been great! They have done extra things to help and charged very reasonably. Today, they spent extra time fixing my hood, which has not been closing all the way, because they were concerned for my safety. I hate going to quick oil change places. My experience today at Pit Stop was therefore a pleasant surprise. It was indeed quick; the technician was efficient and courteous; and I never had to get out of the car. He told me it is locally owned and the second oldest quick oil change place in the country. Good enough for me!

This place is unlike every place I have been for car service. Ben and the crew were incredibly helpful, asked me if I wanted a drink when I pulled up, and were incredibly quick. What really set them apart from the rest is how they would let me know if something was due for replacement, they would ask only once if I wanted to replace the part and then provided me with estimates and literature for what needed to be replaced. I never once felt pressured or hassled.
Fast and thorough. Justin and Christian were pleasant and friendly during the quick oil change, checking things like the air in my tires (one was very low), the inside air filter behind my glovebox (didn't even know there was one there), washing the windows, etc. while the oil change was going on. It's nice to sit in my car and get this done in less than 30 minutes too.
The service is always first class without any pressure and your satisfaction is their number one priority. Outstanding, quick and a great experience has kept me coming back since 2000. Ben and his crew are top notch!!!!!!
We have used them several times with no issues. Very professional and courteous. Last time, they did not tighten the clips properly on my engine undercover. It came loose and was damaged. I had the dealer replace it at a cost of $365. I brought the receipt to the manager and explained what happened. They immediately took responsibility, apologized, and reimbursed me the money for the repair. Mistakes happen. How you handle them is what I judge people on. They won my loyalty for handling this so well.
I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. My tech was Justin and Daniel. They were courteous, quick and efficient. FANTASTIC !!
Best place to get a car wash. The cashier Lizzet is very friendly. Always has a smile on her face. Carwash did a great job and they were very fast.
