I have been using them for 3 years now. I have yet to have any issue. I also had an emergency situation with my water heater and they paid for most of the incident even though I contacted an outside company because they could not get their vendors to reach me in time. I have renewed and have referred them.

Fantastic service from Old Republic my issue was resolved within hours had service come in the following day diagnosed order parts parts were not available Old Republic replace the unit. I highly recommend all Republic to all my friends.

I received same-day service for a water pike leak inside my pantry. Was a little frustrating not be able to actually speak with a live person but the job was done quickly and efficiently. Now working on getting the ceiling drywall replaced

Our air conditioning went out late one afternoon, so we really were OK. We called Old Republic the next morning, and by that afternoon our air was working again. The quick service and reliability never caused us any heat discomfort! The first company Old Republic wanted to send never responded, and immediately they sent another company that came very soon and did the job. And what a nice guy he was!
