Our tenant in one of our rentals texted me in the morning that she didn't have power in her upstairs bedroom and bathroom. I called Old Republic and they assigned a work order to an electrical company - their technician came same afternoon and repaired the circuit. Tenant very happy. Appreciated the quick response from Old Republic.

Old Republic Home Protection again lived up to its promise and provided excellent service. We had Old Republic for 20 years prior to moving to Arizona and loved it. Even our realtor told us Old Republic is the best home warranty protection to get. We had a clogged toilet, and the serviceman came to our house the same day and fixed the problem.

So far I have been pleased with the services we have received . I did find out if somebody comes out to repair something and the repair that they do doesn’t take care of the problem. You have to call ORPH within 30 days to have them authorize them to come out and replace something else to get it corrected.!

I've been with Old Republic for twenty years and am very happy with them, even though I left them for not quite a year, because of an offer I couldn't refuse. After horrible customer service at the other place, I went back to Old Republic. They really are the best out there, and Mona and her team have always delivered the quality of service desired. Thank you for the great customer support and be assured my recommendation will always be Old Republic!

Very easy to use which is great! We had an issue with our dishwasher. We have used Old Republic for years and have had very good services. I found the issue on the choices and they sent a service person over. Unfortunately they felt it was a plumbing problem once he checked it out so he didnt fix it. They still charged the service fee.Luckily for us my husband was able to unplug the hose that was causing the backup so we didnt have to arrange for a plumber. My air conditioner broke. It was 107 degrees out. Four hours later it was running perfectly, thanks to Old Republic and the air conditioner company they sent out to repair it.
