Old Republic Home Protection has been wonderful. But The ***** electrical company came and fixed half of the problems. They left and have not come back. I still have a light that only works when it wants to and still have plugins that don't work. I have one plugin that is just hanging there that can't be used. The company has been great for what they have done.

ORHP was quick to respond to our request for service on a fridge that had stopped cooling. The appliance service tech arrived on time, courteous, skilled, and once ORHP approved the necessary parts replacement, he had our fridge running great again. We are very pleased with the prompt attention we received on this occasion, and in the past.

Overall, I think Old Republic Home Protection is worth the cost. The people we spoke to during our most recent set of issues were all helpful, for the most part, and they connected us with good, hard working companies who solved our issues in a timely fashion and in a cost effective manner. The only problem that we have is the lag in time between the initial phone call/reporting of the issue and the availability of Old Republic to connect us to professionals that can help.
