I think that this company is the best home warrenty company out there . The are pretty user friendly, paid out competitive rates for things they can't fix and give customers alot of flexibility on the in network providers and they don't do horrible downgrading on appliances which we all know is just a baut and switch and they really do paid on fixing or replacing items even HVAC systems! Service was prompt and of high quality. the problem was found and diagnosed quickly and a simple solution was provided. Service man explained the problem, showed what he was doing to fix it and was friendly. I was very pleased with the service.

Old Republic are the best. We've had a few things got wrong with our water heater, oven and air conditioner. Every time that we called Old Republic they had someone here within a day and once the same day and replaced our Water heater.

Service technician was very friendly and professional. He was very honest in giving me a thorough explanation of the problems. I had a water leak at a connection on the output side of a water heater. The technician showed me that the heater was plugged with rust and sediment. The connecting pipes were corroded and almost totally plugged. He replaced short sections included the bad connection. He also had to replace the outlet stem of the heater. Luckily, or not, it did not break off inside the heater. ORHP will not replace t... read more
