We inherited our Old Republic home warranty when we bought a ** townhouse from our daughter about six years ago. They helped us with a hot water tank replacement, a dishwasher repair, a broken exhaust fan in the bathroom, an HVAC unit repair, an electrical malfunction, and a plumbing problem. I have had great service. Recently, my microwave stopped working. A service contractor was here within hours and had the microwave back to me before the end of the day. I have reported several other issues with great response time and issue resolved.
