The process of requesting service was easy and quick. Their telephone person was polite and understanding. He explained Old Republic's payment policy and gave me the option to pay him directly. The next day, a plumber arrived promptly at the scheduled time. We had three plumbing issues, two were resolved that day. Refrigerator stopped cooling suddenly and they got a tech out the next morning (granted I called at 6pm). Fixed it in less than an hour! **************** was absolutely a pleasure!!
