This process was fairly easy. My oven range stopped working. I called old republic and within a couple of days a technician came to diagnose the problem. Old republic approved worked, parts ordered and within a few days parts arrived and job completed. I paid my service call fee and ranged back working. Old republic handled nicely. I'm really happy I have this coverage.

I had an issue with my microwave. I called Old Republic and they contacted a contractor that ordered the parts needed for the repairs. The service was delivered professionally and timely. I was happy I didn't have to search for a repair company to complete the work.

Came home to a busted hose leaking over the hot water heater in my garage. Called it in, later turned off water at the water main. ****************** came to my house. Young man knew what to do right away, it was a twenty minute job for him. He checked everything and did not leave until it was good to go. It was a relief for me, plumbing is one of my kryptonite. ************** has been to my house before and I will request them should I need additional plumbing repairs.

Have been a customer for many years. Technician who came out for the issue with our washing machine was great and very informative about the problem. Taught me a new trick about excess moisture in the room as well. Came in spite of weather conditions to take care of our problem!

Ive been with Old Republic for two years now and have had five service tickets (orders), including garbage disposal replacement, non-working electrical outlets, clothes dryer repair, leaking shower drain repair and annual AC maintenance. All have been easy to set up over the phone and I have received a call from ORs recommended contractor usually within a few days. None were emergencies.
