Ive been with Old Republic for two years now and have had five service tickets (orders), including garbage disposal replacement, non-working electrical outlets, clothes dryer repair, leaking shower drain repair and annual AC maintenance. All have been easy to set up over the phone and I have received a call from ORs recommended contractor usually within a few days. None were emergencies. I called ORHP immediately when my heat stopped working. They had a technician come out and within 24 hrs to see what the problem was. With it being a weekend, the need part could not be ordered until Monday and the repair was completed by Tuesday. Great service from the providers and **** provided excellence service.

The technician called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he got right to work on my washer and had it working again in less than 30 minutes. Very happy with the service.

We live 2+ hours outside of any big city so sometimes we have to find our own contractor. The approval process is quick & easy. I just wish the reimbursement timeframe was a little quicker.

Our family is very happy with Old Republic Home Protection as our warranty company! Prior to the most recent snow/ice storm along the east coast, I opened a ticket to fix our heater that wasnt engraving the house. Within hours a tech was assigned (who was also fantastic and super knowledgeable), serviced our ticket and fixed the issue. We were pleasantly warm inside our house during the storm!
