I did a service call online on a Sunday evening for a leaking pipe. Monday mid morning the contractor called and said they was on the way. They fixed the pipe and was on their way in a hour. Very happy with Old Republic and the service is great.

I have had Old Republic for over 8 years and have been happy with their service. I admit sometimes you need to be patient if parts are required but they have always responded and resolved any of my issues.

This is the 2nd time I had to use my warranty. Once for plumbing and this time for fridge/freezer malfunction. Honestly both times was a smooth process with clear communication from start to finish. Glad to have them on standby when needed.

I've had Old Republic for six years. When I call, they send competent technicians to take care of my repair. The people on the phone are courteous, but you can submit a repair order online. They get back in touch to make sure the work was completed to your satisfaction. I've had my electrical repaired, the dryer repaired, the washer replaced, and the AC replaced. I have an old home, and it keeps them busy! I'm grateful to have them!
