The plan is great, I had a service man out as dishwasher was leaking, came out right away but didn't do much, he left ran dishwasher and water again everywhere and it was friday so couldn't come back till Monday, had attitude but fixed it with rubber stoppers in door.

Old Republic stood behind the service people and made sure my ice maker in the Refrigerator got fixed. It took three times but that wasn't their fault. At least it got fixed.

Great service, called and a tech was out the next day to take care of my issue. Wish it was a little easier to navigate the voice assistant tree but it was not too hard. I had to call as my request was a bit unique. I was taken care of quickly and professionally.

The first referral was with a technician who couldnt come for a week. The second referral was with a technician who came the next day and solved the problem immediately. I would recommend him any time. A great experience!
