Just like it is supposed to be. Turned in a request for service. Contacted the contractor. They came out the same day and serviced my AC. I like the way ORHP works for me. Had home warranty with then for 5 years. Really pleased with their service.

The representative that I talked to was well-informed and knowledgeable. She was very professional and kind. I appreciated her patience and flexibility with me. My only disappointment is that the vendor and the plan could not address the issue.

It was very easy to file a claim. The sent me the person's information so I could call them if I wanted to. When there was an issue with the servicer, I called them and they handled promptly and found me a new service provider and they came out the next day and repaired my dishwasher and then the day after, had my washing machine part and repaired it. I am very pleased with the company and will definitely recommend them.
