Old Republic Home Protection has been easy and great to work with. I simply called their customer service number, explained our issue -- dishwasher not working one time, water filter leaking another time, and our pool pump not working another time. Every time I have called they have sent out a qualified technician within 48 hours ***** to help us out and get things repaired and/or replaced. There is no reason not to rate them five stars.

Contractor responded promptly which was a pleasant surprise since they normally take a day or 2 to respond. Was able to schedule AC service in a timely manner ??

I am so happy I have Old Republic. I have not had any problems with anything since I signed with them in 2012. They are prompt, very understanding about my problems, and the service people that they send to my house are A1. I have never had a problem with reaching or communicating with customer service.

I have used them twice and I'm happy with their service. The most recent time I didn't know if it was a problem with my oven or the breaker. They sent out an appliance repair tech and he determined that I needed an electrician to look it over before he could continue. Old Republic immediately hooked me up with an electrician, who came out and changed the breaker. The oven is now working fine. They didn't charge my card for the service fee until the issue was resolved.
