We had a problem with a Rinnai on-demand water heater. The process of requesting service online worked smoothly. We were contacted by a contractor promptly and the service technician isolated and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. We were very satisfied with ORHP and the contractor.

So far, so good for me. I believe Old Republic has been quite good but their contractors aren't always in it for the customer, but not all contractors. One experience is with an electrician who patched the problem but will need to return to fix it again. My other experience is with a re-key and this guy was great! Very friendly and did the job perfectly....the first time!

I had a problem with my garbage disposal and my ceiling fan. Both ************ were polite and knowledgeable. They resolved the problems, I now have a new ceiling fan and a new garbage disposal Im very happy.

Everything with our service call went really well; the technician was amazing, very knowledgeable and informed us of all the details involving the work we needed done. It was the best service call we've had in a long time. The only reason I chose 4 stars is because we had a "free service call" coupon, yet they contacted us to pay. This did get resolved, but it was a hassle, and once you've made arrangements for service you should not have to use more time settling issues that should not have occured. ORHP has been responsive in handling my claims over the past 10 years. The only concern I have is not being able to request the same repair people for return visits for new appliance repair requests. Instead, one is assigned whoever is next on their roster. There have been a few companies that are not the best.
