The appliance guy they sent was terrific, he was able to diagnose the problem with the microwave in minutes, had the replacement part, installed, tested, the replaced the cover and re-installed above the stove.All this took place in the 1 hour he was here!We're totally pleased with Old Republic, second time they've been here! Well worth the monthly expense!!

Quick response from Old Republic. Gas stove oven quit working. The repair company responded pretty quick and of course being a weekend it was a day or two before they came but my only cost was the $75 service fee. Fixed in minutes and still working fine. My first call to Old Republic so hoping the service continues to be as good as this was.

My tenant had a water leak behind the refrigerator in in less than 24 hours, Old republic had a service person there who fixed the problem right away minimizing any potential for water damage. The technician was professional and sympathetic to the tenants needs Way to go guys ?? JMc

The process of requesting service was easy and quick. Their telephone person was polite and understanding. He explained Old Republic's payment policy and gave me the option to pay him directly. The next day, a plumber arrived promptly at the scheduled time. We had three plumbing issues, two were resolved that day. The third issue he needed to return on a second day with a replacement faucet. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner.
